Gostei muito do servico, todo o processo foi muito claro e intuitivo, foram-me buscar ao aeroporto, levaram-me as instalacoes da empresa, onde me explicaram o que fazer e as regras a cumprir, acompanhado de um contrato. No fim levaram-me novamente ao aeroporto, nao tive nenhum problema, o carro era um mercedes classe A e se nao era novo, parecia. Recomendo e voltarei a utilizar na proxima vez que precisar de alugar uma carro na zona norte de Portugal.
I really liked the service, the whole process was very clear and intuitive, they picked me up at the airport, took me to the company's facilities, where they explained to me what to do and the rules to follow, accompanied by a contract. In the end they took me to the airport again, I didn't have any problems, the car was a Mercedes class A and if it wasn't new, it looked like it was new. I recommend it and will use it again the next time I need to rent a car in the north of Portugal.
