Top notch service***. For the past 3 months I've rented from this location. I rented separate vehicles 1 month at a time. ***Each visit has been an absolute pleasure. I've been welcomed with a smile and name recognition. I'd highly recommend.

I met 2 staff there. First, I met to ask for information. He was very rude. Not trying to explain anything. When I picked up, he transferred me to his colleague who was nicer. I met that same rude staff again when returning my car. He kept complaining about my GPS device. There's a plastic suction. He showed his upset face and kept saying that GPS plastic suction was not supposed to stick with the windshield. I told him that GPS is designed for the car use. It's common. He made it as a big deal.

Despite being extremely dissatisfied with the company Avis, for giving me a 9-seater van with 140 thousand kms, full of mold and which broke down during the rental period, causing me and my family to waste a lot of time, the customer service Henrique and Marina at this tour were excellent. I rented a car from Avis Estoril and after 40 days they still havent charged the toll. I got in touch and they said the charge would happen after 20 days. I wont be surprised if in a few months I receive a toll charge with fines and Avis argument will be that the card did not approve the charge. There is a mafia in Portugal collecting unpaid tolls in order to transform a toll of 5 euros into 25/50 euros due to fines. Rental companies certainly have a role in this.

Nao me surpreenderei se daqui ha alguns meses eu receber uma cobranca de pedagio com multas e o argumento da Avis sera que o cartao nao aprovou a cobranca. Existe uma mafia em Portugal na cobranca de pedagios nao pagos de forma a transformar um pedagio de 5 euros em 25/50 euros por conta de multas. Com certeza as locadoras tem participacao nisso.

Service in Estoril is the worst. On the 26th I rented a car for delivery on the 6th. The delivery went well, little did I know what awaited me... 3 to 4 days later the car started having problems, a dashboard full of lights on until it stopped at the weekend (3 days). By chance, GNR passed by and provided assistance and it says here on the front window is the assistance number, call the tow truck. After an hour or so the car started, I canceled the tow and brought it home. There is a separate part in the contract that they gave me by email to which at the time I did not have access, one for assistance was another. On Monday, Estoril was open after the event, so the employee and I was already irritated and sent me another tow truck. Finally, the car was parked for 4 days, the engine was damaged because the previous customer delivered it full of diesel, when it was gasoline. They even asked me that if I had to deliver the tank full... strange car stopped, what would I go on foot to get a bottle of? Petrol or diesel ???? When Im going to pay for the 3 days of use, they charge me 900 and so euros. At the end of the discussion and arrogance of the said Avis Estoril agent, they discounted me for not having delivered the full car to tow, it was still worth 190 km but it wasnt moving... . At this moment, a complaint has already been filed with Avis commercial management, who have not yet responded. So think twice when renting a car from Avis blatant theft

Por acaso passou A GNR a qual prestou ajuda e diz aqui no vidro da frente esta o nr de assistencia chame o reboque . Passado 1h e pouco o carro pegou anulei o dito reboque e trouxe Pr casa. Ha um a parte no contracto que me deram por mail ao qual no momento nao tinha acesso one de assistencia era outro . 2 feira o Estoril estava aberto partido o acontecimento , ai o empregado e eu ja estava irritada manda me outro reboque . Enfim 4 dias o carro parado , avaria no motor porque anterior cliente entregou cheio de gasoleo , qd era gasolina . Ainda me questionaram que de entregar cheio o deposito estranho carro parado , ia a pe buscar um garrafao de que ? Gasolina ou gasoleo ???? Qd vou Pr pagar os 3 dias de uso cobram me 900 e tal euros ao fim de Gd discussao e arrogancia do dito agente da Avis Estoril , la me descontaram o nao ter entregue ao reboque o carro cheio ainda dava Pr 190 km mas nao andava . Neste momento ja esta reclamacao na direcao comercial da Avis que ate agora nao se pronunciou . Assim pensem 2 vezes ao alugar um carro a Avis roubo a descarada
