Funcionaria extremamente desagradavel, faltavam 2 minutos para fechar e nao queria entregar o carro, dizendo que no relogio de ponto dela eram 12,34h, quando eram 12,28h, so apos ameaca de ligar ao patrao voltou atras para entregar o carro, estava a fazer-nos um grande favor. Para alem disso, perdi 5 minutos a encontrar a rent a car, nao ha identificacao em lado nenhum

Um pessimo servico... O automovel foi entregue com cheiro nauseabundo, deposito quase na reserva, acidentado com para-choques partido, e manutencao do motor por efectuar.
Bad service... The car was delivered with a nauseating smell, the tank was almost at reserve, it had been in an accident with a broken bumper, and engine maintenance had yet to be carried out.

We rented a small Yaris for 5 days. By far the cheapest option in Evora for us. It was there when we came and we returned it without any issues. They did not try to sell us any further insurance or anything.
