Easy drop off, everything went well.
We rented a Tesla to get away for the weekend to see the surrounding towns. The Tesla was great. Pick up was easy. Vehicle was clean. Price was great. 10/10 would recommend.
I will never trust this company again. We rented a van online, to move some furniture from Spain to Portugal, nowhere in the site said we were not able to drive across the border. Which is one hour away from the rental office. I received the email confirmation with all the info, the only requirement was that if you were to drive to the UK you needed to add a special insurance, which was not going to be our case. The day of the pick up we arrived to the office and the first thing they asked us was if we were going to drive to Spain, I was a bit surprised that was their very first question, and we said yes. All the sudden they told us (in a very rude way) that we were not allowed to do that at all, that we were going to be charged 300EUR extra and that insurance would not covered any issues while in Spain. And that we were going to be charged 95EUR if we did not pick up the van... Nobody tried to help, the two "gentleman" at the store washed their hands and were completely useless since I "had booked online", the people we called online said there was nothing that they could do either. Since they said, and wait for it, there is a pdf linked somewhere in their site, that if you download and study will find out the clause saying that you cannot drive outside Portugal with a van, which by the way I still have not found to this day.... THIS IS PLAIN SCAMMING, if that is the case you could share that info right upfront, in the description along with all the other description (300km per day, need to be 26years old or you pay more, and what if you add "cannot drive outside Portugal"), you could show the info in the confirmation email, or anywhere visible in the site. Instead you choose to hide that information the best you could and the information you actually send in the email even reinforces that there is no issue driving all the way to the UK, how am I suppose to drive to the UK without driving through Spain? Awful service, scamming practices, borderline rude employees and a complete waste of time and money. I might have paid 95EUR for nothing but karma will get back to you all, and companies like this don't last long until customers stop using them.
Super helpful gentleman with valuable suggestions for sightseeing around the region. Wait times can be long though. We had a smooth experience renting and returning the car.

First time in my life experienced such a proffesional car rental personel. We came with a rental car from other europcar office with a flat tire, the guy at the front desk organized tyre repair real quick without any issues. Thanks
Great help and fast booking. Had to wait 3 hours for a car that I reserved previously from an other rental company. Europcar Evora was able to get me a car and do all necessary paperwork within 15min without previous reservation. Great service!
We rented a car for a day to visit nearby towns. The car was in great condition. The staff upfront were really nice. We didn't have our passports so this young woman drove us to our place and waited for me to get our passports and then drove us back. What a service! Highly recommend.
