Very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and they helped plan part of my trip. Period I highly recommend this place.
La reservation etait en lien avec l'achat des billets d'avion et pour cause de retard nous avons du prendre une navette apres 20h et donc payer 40EUR pour 5min de navette. De plus, nous avons du payer une assurance qui etait rembourse seulement si on avait une carte de credit et non pas de debit qui est la majorite des cartes actuelles...
The reservation was linked to the purchase of plane tickets and due to a delay we had to take a shuttle after 8 p.m. and therefore pay EUR40 for 5 minutes of shuttle. In addition, we had to pay insurance which was reimbursed only if we had a credit card and not a debit card which is the majority of current cards...
After 3 attempts to get a car we reserved we finally got one...only to have no A/C! New one we got "was new" but on empty??? Asked to have gas put in they said "no". Nice car but when returned the car they had all the wrong information on car and charged us for gas. 5/8 of tank when we were red lined to start out with. Totally confused at office. Totally confused on cars. Totally confused on returns You be the judge. Wow. And now they want my opinion. I hope not. Many other car companies to rent from. Not here
Excellent service! Staff extremelly friendly and helpful and good value for money. Highly recommend. Will certainly return next time I'll be in Evora.
1 ster omdat lager niet kan. Huur hier een auto als je een vervelend begin en einde van je vakantie willen hebben. Borg op creditcard is belachelijk hoog om aanvullende verzekering te verkopen (EUR2500), personeel zeer onvriendelijk, lange wachttijden en een auto met lege tank gekregen. Bij terugkomst eerst de auto moeten wassen omdat er zand op zat. Daarna ruim EUR500 betaald voor een mini krasje dat ik over het hoofd zag bij het ophalen. Blijf weg bij deze boeven als je een leuke vakantie wil. De huur lijkt laag, maar ze vinden wel een manier om je dit verschil te laten goedmaken. Zie foto voor de "schade" en de "vieze auto". NIET DOEN!
1 star because lower is not possible. Rent a car here if you want an unpleasant start and end to your holiday. Deposit on credit card is ridiculously high to sell additional insurance (EUR2500), staff very unfriendly, long waiting times and a car with an empty tank. When we returned, we first had to wash the car because there was sand on it. Then paid more than EUR500 for a mini scratch that I overlooked when I picked it up. Stay away from these crooks if you want a nice holiday. The rent seems low, but they will find a way to make you up for the difference. See photo for the "damage" and the "dirty car". DO NOT!
Friendly and helpful staff! My one issue that was less than ideal was that the car was a little dirty when we picked it up
Tivemos sorte a encontrar Sr. Francisco Alves 30 minutes antes de encerramento de todos os seus servicos de rent a car na sexta-feira Ele num estante contacto o seu colega e consegui para nos um automovel com caixa automatica. Foi tudo super simples e facil. Quando develvemos o carro o Sr. Francisco ate nos chamou o taxi porque nao conseguimos o Bolt. Voltaremos sempre.
We were lucky to meet Mr. Francisco Alves 30 minutes before all his rent a car services closed on Friday He contacted his colleague and got us a car with an automatic transmission. It was all super simple and easy. When we returned the car, Mr. Francisco even called us a taxi because we couldn't get the Bolt. We will always come back.
