Tive um acidente. A Renault atribui-me um carro de substituicao da Best Choise. Entregaram o carro, assinalaram os riscos e batidelas todas. No momento de levantarem o carro depois de terminar o aluguer, deparei que nao tinham assinalado um toque numa longarina. E depois de alguma discucao, la chegaram a conclusao que nao tinha sido eu. Acho que queriam arranjar motivo para eu ter que pagar um estrago do qual nao era culpado, Cuidado com esta firma. O funcionario nao soube ser imparcial. Abram os olhos.
I had an accident. Renault assigns me a replacement car from Best Choice. They handed over the car, pointed out all the scratches and bumps. When they picked up the car after finishing the rental, I discovered that they hadn't noticed a touch on a side member. And after some discussion, they came to the conclusion that it hadn't been me. I think they wanted to find a reason for me to have to pay for damage that I wasn't responsible for. Be careful with this firm. The employee did not know how to be impartial. Open your eyes.
Mau servico. Os carros parecem estar disponiveis online e e-lhe pedido que preencha todo o formulario de recolha de dados, mas no dia seguinte, atraves de e-mail, a reserva e sempre cancelada. Uma perda de tempo!!
Bad service. The cars seem to be available online and you are asked to fill out the entire data collection form, but the next day, via email, the reservation is always canceled. A waste of time!!
