Worst experience ever, the woman who served me was disrespectful, there was a 4 centimetre scratch under the number plate and they charged me 330 euros to change the ENTIRE wing, under 10 cm no rental agency charges. I am a journalist and I will tell this absurd story to everyone. NEVER RENT FROM THEM.
Perfect experience! I booked with an other company at first but as I have a debit card they didn't want to give me the car, whatever, a guy called mouvyng for me and within 10mn they gave me a car, even with a debit card!! The man at the agency was so nice, I RECOMMAND 100% ! We had to return the car a 4AM, the lady was there on time, smiling even if we cut her dreams. For real, i will return to this agency with no esitation. And for the end, it wasn't expensive! They could have charge me much more as it was at the last minute but they were so honest. Thank you !
I used Movyng two times so far and I was renting Mercedes A class & Citroen C3 - I had very good experience. Friendly staff, shuttle from Faro airport, clean cars and good prices - in short, very good rental company.
Very good service, shuttle to and from airport (let them know your mobile number in advance), good telephonic contact, perfect car and best cookies from Portugal in welcome box :-).
Fair price. Excellent car in perfect mechanical condition, very clean and almost brand new (3000km mileage, 2 months old). 24h service (with little extra cost), no problems while returning the car, no financial traps. I rent a lot of cars and this company so far was the best one. Thank you! :)
