Reliable car rental; you get the car you book. The car was in good condition. The guy was very responsive through Whatsapp; the pick up and drop off went very smoothly. One point of improvement: the scent of the wax or some cleaning product in the car was abit too strong for us.

We booked online from Canada and were so impressed that they started the rental process without credit card deposit!! The car was dropped off at the hotel when we requested, with no additional charge. They went over all aspects of operating the car, how the toll transponder worked and inspected the car with us. They picked up the car from the hotel when we returned. Nice Rent is a great company to deal with and the next time we come to Portugal, we will definitely rent from them again. Will tell our friends to do so, as well. You won't be disappointed!!

Great rental experience with this company! Always prompt responses to all our questions via email and Whatsapp, and pick up was right on time. Drop off had a bit of a snag as it was 6:30 AM, but we were able to leave the car and it was picked up promptly so we didn't miss our train. 5 stars!! Would recommend to friends and family visiting the south of Portugal. Thanks you for the stress free rental :)

Really very happy with this car rental agency, very friendly staff who speak a little French. They come with the car at the drop-off point, which is very practical. We rented a Skoda Fabia station wagon in very good condition. I highly recommend.

The car was neatly clean and, despite my age of 72, I rented it without any problems Almost all rental companies indicate ages from 24 to 65 or 69 years. We have passed on the address of Nicerent to all acquaintances who regularly visit Portugal and will rent from Nicerent again during their next holiday

I confirm all the previous opinions, we rented at the beginning of October for a 10-day stay, perhaps a little more expensive than the attractive offers on the internet but after several chaotic experiences (especially in Portugal) at least no surprises like additional insurance obligatory (despite payment by Gold card), everything is clear, efficient, friendly...well done!

All the papers were prepared and after a few minutes we were able to set off. Dropping off the vehicles at 5 a.m. was problem-free. Great car rental company, we were extremely satisfied (possibility to rent a car even for less than 3 days). We got full insurance for 8/day and didnt have to worry about possible scratches on the car/damage (flat tires were not included). Everything was explained to us when we picked it up and we didnt need a credit card. The handover took place quickly (5 min) and without problems. Communication with the owner is fast. Thank you Nice rent for making our stay in the Algarve more pleasant. We will use your services on our next visit.
