We were very satisfied with the rent in total. Got a bigger and better car than we opted for and the customer service was very good. The only minus side was that we couldn't directly find the shuttle for the office and spent some 20mins looking for the correct spot to wait for the shuttle. That might have been the lack our own understanding, though.

Good service but prepare to leave one of your kidney there...deposit ranges from 2-5k and only accepting credit cards . Or you are forced to pay x3 times more on the insurance than the cost of the rental. And even then, to refund your deposit of 2k and your 150 euros for fuel. It will take 1-2 months. So please read terms and conditions or reconsider using this rental company.

Had an absolutely dreadful experience. They only accept credit cards, which is extremely inconvenient at these days, but they also charged me an exorbitant EUR380 for additional insurance. That is very clear that this company is more interested in scamming customers than providing quality service. I strongly advise anyone considering renting a car to avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other providers around the airport that offer more reasonable terms and accept debit card deposits.

Great car rental just 5 minutes away from Faro airport. Shuttle bus takes you back and forth. All the cars are like new, clean. Used this company 3 times and will be booking in June 2025

Very good. When you arrive at the airport you need to go to the pick up/ drop off location and get the white van with OK mobility written on it. This information was not pointed out when your booking information comes through. It's a short 5 minute journey over to the office. You must have a tag for the toll road, this is an extra EUR15 euros even if you don't use it! Car was good and clean, return was easy.

Great service, very affordable and immaculate car. I've used these guys twice now and will use again. Carlos was very helpful on reception. They are not pushy on extra insurance. Really good service. Very short bus journey from faro airport and the buses are very regular.

Why can I not give ZERO stars for these SCAMMERS?! You are basically screwed if you only have a debit card. I just rented a Europcar via Uber Rental without ANY issues and then I decided to use Uber Rental again. This time it was not Europcar but OK Mobility, but I didn't think much of it and thought it would be the same renting experience more or less - But I was very wrong! I filled out some basic info and when the lady asked me for my bank card and I gave it to her, she said that they don't accept debit cards. Then I shuffled around in my wallet to try and find a credit card but I only have debit cards (which is quite normal these days!). I then said that I didn't have a credit card and she just froze up and didn't show ANY empathy or ANY willingness to help me sort out the issue. I tried to cancel the booking via Uber but got an error message - most likely because it was past the pick-up time. I do realise that it is stated in the Terms of Service that the client must have a credit card and that there's no refund if cancelled after the pick-up time, but still. The service level of this company is absolutely horrible because they show no remorse and if you do something that is of an inconvenience to them, they will be annoyed with you. I have tried this SO MANY times in Portugal now, and apparently they have no idea on how to do proper customer service. I am absolutely furious of this company, as it seems SO obvious that they take advantage of this credit/debit card misunderstanding. They should be reported to the police ASAP!!! DO NOT RENT CARS HERE EVER!

very satisfied, I've rented that small car for 6 days, great customer service at the reception, unfortunately forgot the name of the young pretty lady, the car was clean and ready with full tank. I've bought full cover insurance with the road assistance 25EUR/day to enjoy the drive with no stress. And was able to return the car very early in the morning before opening hours, at the OK parking with no additional fees. As well I've paid 150EUR deposit for the fuel and tolls. One week later after the car return, fairly got back the amount minus tolls and empty tank refill. It was very foggy in the morning and I had no time to refill the gas. I hope to visit Algarve soon and use your car again! Best regards !
