Record go Rent a car - Faro in Faro

Awful customer service - try to rip you off at every opportunity and we were unable to pickup our car. The company refused to accept Amex for the deposit even though they clearly accepted Amex (as evidenced by a sign on the wall). They advised they would accept Amex if we took their insurance for an extra PS100 (more than original booking). They were also trying to make us 'upgrade' vehicle for EUR10/day - this meant getting a VW TCross even though we had booked 'VW TCross or similar' and they were trying to give us a Kia. Total joke and rip off - would not recommend.

Great experience with Record Go, We had to find a car at the last minute and Record Go saved us! The shutle is fast and we had a very nice car in a really good state, for a reasonable price! Moreover, the pickup/drop off was really fast, and the guy helping us was really understanding and nice. Thank you Manuel !

Perfect experience with RecordGo. I was informed about EUR200 deposit for together- EUR100 for petrol and EUR100 for highway reconciliation. Received a car exactly what I ordered (not common) and with full insurance and 0 km limit was a perfect choice. It's second time with RecordGo and for sure not the last one

I had a great experience with Record Go. Their fast shuttle service picked me up from the airport within minutes of calling, which was really convenient. The car was in excellent condition, and they refunded my deposit in full without any hassle. Honest and efficient service - I'd definitely recommend them!

Very good service, everything went pretty well, I rented a car for some days, paid an insurance which covered any damage so I didn't have to worry much about scratches or whatsoever (which usually causes issues when returning the car). The amount which I paid for the fuel (100EUR paid in advance in case the car is returned not fully tanked) and for the toll (100EUR to cover the highway tolls) have been paid back by RecordGo already (minus the tolls' expenses). We had full cover so the pic-up and drop-off was quick and without any issues. We got all info needed about the car, it was clean and in good condition. They even explained on what road to take on the way back to not miss the turn to their spot. There is a EUR100 deposit for the fuel (full-to-full), which was returned the next day after our leave. And another EUR100 for motorway fees. It was returned (after deducting fees) some time later, but it's obvious as they need to wait until it's collected. I really enjoyed our talks on the way from / to the airport. The driver was a great person to talk to!

I had great experience, pick up and drop off was smooth. Customer service was awesome, very friendly. 100EUR petrol deposit was returned promptly. The 100EUR toll minus usage was returned within 10 days into my account. Not to mention, the great prices compared other rental companies.

Excellent service. I rented a car last month for an excellent price and got an upgrade for free when I went to pick it up. I got a clean brand new car. Amazing! Deposit was returned automatically and without any fuss. Would totally recommend!
