I highly recommend Siesta Campers! The check-in and check-out process was straightforward, and the service was both knowledgeable and friendly. The van's quality was excellent, and the photos on the website truly reflect the reality of what you get. The Siesta Beach Camper is ideal for solo travelers or couples, providing a comfortable home on the road. The price is reasonable considering the quality. One of the best features is the fully functional kitchenette, complete with a small stove, sink, and fridge. This setup allows you to cook meals easily, making it a fantastic option for outdoor enthusiasts who prefer to save money and skip restaurants. Additionally, the van comes equipped with a fold-out table and chairs--perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying scenic camping spots. If I take another road trip through Portugal, I will definitely choose Siesta Campers again!

Couldn't imagine a better way to travel than to rent a van by Siesta Campers! We had the VW California and it felt super new. Driving doesn't feel like a big car, it felt like such a joy because of all the modern technology. The whole process was so smooth, the people behind Siesta are the friendliest and most chill people! The 24/7 support service is also an extra what's just super nice to have. The interior was another thing that was super modern and easy to work with. Felt like our little home for the few days! The possibility to go every where you want to and have every thing with you is amazing. All the facilities are also just perfect, a big fridge, a few cabinets, a good battery and a sink, more than we need! I recommend them to anyone looking to go to Portugal!

We rented a brand new Atlantic from Siesta Campers and had an amazing road trip from Faro to Porto. The interior of the van was super well thought out, the lighting made it extra cozy and the sober yet elegant exterior helped us blend in. Staff was super friendly and at our disposal when we needed them. We had an unexpected technical issue with van but the team reacted swiftly and made it possible for us to hit the road (jack) again as soon as possible. They even allowed us a late drop off as compensation for the time lost. If you're planning on renting a campervan in Portugal, definitely go with Siesta Campers, you won't regret it. Worst renting experience I ever had. Classic vans are not renovated. They've done the bare minimum to keep them running. Staff members had no clue how to operate the van; we had to figure it out ourselves. We received a different van, even though we booked a few months in advance when they were all available. The van we received was of poor quality and didn't have the equipment that was listed on the page. The owner lied that our van would be in service for months even though we found it on one of the camping sites two days later. It was a 9-day trip with a half-working van; they ruined our vacation. It's not even close to what they sell online. Don't waste your money with them. Edit: Additionally, the owner's response fails to address the real issues. I had a conversation with them, and they flat-out refused to provide any form of replacement. So we were left with no option. The car had more problems than just the rust. 2nd gear was busted. The battery level didn't work. Multiple USB ports? Our van had one. We ordered a model with netting in the upper sleeping area to deal with the summer heat, but what we got was a suffocating coffin top. This made it impossible to sleep without opening the van, which in turn invited a mosquito invasion every single night. Even the staff member who handed over the van admitted it was a downgrade from what we had booked, but the owner shrugged off any responsibility. And their defense is what? That the van didn't have a dent? Wow.

From booking online, to easy pick up with and demo with Ricardo and a super friendly and professional return with Monica, everything was amazing, the van had more supplies then I thought. We even booked extra days. There are many van options out there but this one had the best commutation and support. I wish I booked for 2 weeks not 1. I will be back, strongly recommend seista.

Nice experience ! First week van life for us ! Really enjoyed everythink. The staff is great, and give you all details you need, the van was clean and perfect. Hope Portugal will be cleaner next time we will travel in Algarve ! I cleaned everyday a full bag of trashes were we slept !

This was our first time in a camper-van and ah... we had the best time! We rented the T6 Atlantic for 8 days and everything went so well. The staff were always solution oriented and helpful when we had a question. The van itself was super clean when we picked it up, and gave us the best memories in Portugal. Would definitely recommend Siesta Campers to anyone!
