Visacar Faro in Faro

Picked up a car very late tonight after my flight was delayed and was barked at by a rude taxi driver who was upset that the journey was so short. Carolina was so welcoming and patient and checked I was ok after the interaction with the taxi driver even though she had sat in the office alone waiting for me the last off airport customer.

Wir hatten fur 12 Tage einen Mietwagen VW Polo gebucht. Das Auto befand sich in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Kommunikation verlief hervorragend und die Abholung und das Zuruckbringen des Pkw verliefen reibungslos. Die Kindersitze waren auch super, was wirklich selten der Fall ist bei Mietwagen. Vielen Dank fur den guten Service.

First time visit to the Algarve and this company were excellent to deal with Initially dealing with and paying a company in the UK beforehand On arrival it was pretty easy to find the car and agent, Bruno was excellent and very helpful Explaining everything about the car and trying to connect my phone to car but eventually Supplying sat-nav which was invaluable. Returning car was very easy and all in all it Was great and very reasonably priced car hire.

Agence de location de voiture serieuse, nous recommandons. L'agence est situee a 5 mins a pieds de l'aeroport, tres facile d'acces. Vehicule recent, propre. Rien a dire !

Everything went fine. We rent a car in Faro and leave in Lisbona. No addictional cost where added. That's a big plus as a lot of car rentals is doing planty of scams. We took scdw. We had No deposit and that's a very big plus too!

Infelizmente tive uma pessima experiencia. Na data de celebracao do contrato, nunca me foi proposto nem esclarecido que nao estava incluido seguro de cobertura total, apesar de na reserva estar escrito "Incluido gratis:Cobertura danos proprios (CDW). Acabei por ter uma ocorrencia de sinistro sem envolvimento de terceiros em que tive que pagar a franquia de 922EUR. Lamentavel a falta de profissionalismo e responsabilidade por parte do funcionario que nos atendeu a pressa, por ter chegado 30 minutos apos a hora agendada para o levantamento da viatura, mais o tempo de deslocacao ate o Aeroporto de Faro, quando o local de levantamento da reserva era no Centro de Faro. Experiencia a nao repetir!

Loueur situe a 10 min a pieds de l aeroport. Serieux, aucun souci (alors que cela semble etre le cas chez d autres loueurs de voitures a Faro au vu des commentaires). Paiement d un acompte de reservation par virement qq temps avant notre sejour. Obligation pour le conducteur d avoir une carte a debit differe mais cela est obligatoire chez tous les loueurs.

Good experience with renting a car. We ordered everything online and got a new and fully equipped Seat Ibiza. There was no problem with a return - Visacar agent even didn't check anything, but we had super damage collision waiver option. However, when we were collecting car another agent was rushing us, but when we arrived there was no one - if your flight is delayed you might also be put under pressure. Another thing Worth mentioning for tourists, is that you have to have a credit card in Portugal to rent a car. Ordinary debit card is not acceptable everywhere.
