Very poor. We were charged for full protection insurance even though has already paid on booking (booking was not direct with Yes Car Hire). We were also charged for late arrival. Our plane was late and in fact diverted due to an unruly passenger. Will not be returning.
Wow...... Absolutely an amazing experience with Yes Car Hire..... And as I have never hired a car before,I had huge reservations,especially after reading some of the reviews elsewhere... After reading Yes Car Hire reviews,I decided to take the plunge,and the whole experience was absolutely trouble free,from start to finish. The car I hired for a week was a Citroen C3,which suited all our needs....... The location,the staff,everything was perfect..... THANK YOU !!!
Very nice car rental. We got a Citroen C3 for our 3 week family trip in southern Portugal. The price was much better than Avis or Hertz, and the rental is easily accessible from the main terminal. Just cross the traffic way and follow the shaded sidewalk to the P4 booth. I recommend getting the Verde electronic pass for tollbooths - it really speeds things up. Upon our return Christiano checked us in smoothly.
I have to say how impressed I was with Yes Car Hire. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the woman who dealt with us but she was brilliant and very friendly. After being given our car, I couldn't get it into reverse, and she was happy to help. When we returned the car (in perfect condition) she looked at it and soon said everything looked good and wished us well for our journey home. This was a huge relief as I know from experience some car hire companies pick out damage to a car that wasn't done by our use and try and make us pay. 10/10 service and the car was great. I would recommend this company!

Joao was excellent, very polite and efficient, the car was perfect, no hidden costs, all as described on the tin. No credit card required for reservation, possibility to cancel of plans change. Highly recommended. Better than the main stream car rental companies
