Yor Car Hire Faro Airport delivery point car park P4 in Faro

Such a scam. They confirmed us 4 reservations, but, when we arrived, they say that only 2 have been confirmed, even if we received a mail saying the exact opposit. The person working here was joking at us, ignoring the mistake is on their side. Don't go there, unless you want to be disrespected...

Hired a car for 3 weeks from Faro airport, Portugal, no issues. Cheaper than other suppliers. Instructions to pick up car could be a bit clearer (go to T4 car park and find the booth), but pickup was straightforward and car was new and in good condition. Drop off was possible at 4am in the morning for an early flight. And toll charges were automatically taken off credit card 1 week later (and charges were correct). 1 star less because staff was grumpy and tank wasn't completely full when we picked up the car (which we didn't realise till later).

Don't know what to say. They have good ratings and good deals but not enough flexibility. I had a booking and brought my AMEX card with me which they didn't accept. They said debit card was fine but my Revolut card with a Visa logo wasn't good enough. No cash deposit possible, nothing. I had to take my business elsewhere and found even a really good last minute option with the bigger companies. Oh well, they could've had my money but I gave it to another company. Maybe next time

Will definitely use this company again. Car in really good condition, easy to book, competitive prices. Nounou was really approachable and helpful.

Seems a bit chaotic at the multi company reception area when you arrive. But people are so helpful. Couldn't fault this company. They did need our actual printout of our voucher from the bookings website. Explained everything including how the motorway is charged. Simple return procedure also (petrol station on the way in).

EUR406 for a chip smaller than a thumb tack. Our fault for not getting excess protection really, but still an absolutely ridiculous price for a car probably worth about EUR2,000. Previous dents and chips were not repaired on the vehicle, so they're clearly just taking customer's money for repairs and then not carrying them out.

Absolutely perfect experience. They had a very competitive price and were very responsive to emails regarding the booking. The car was exactly the model we booked and was literally brand new with 43km on the clock. Child seats were far from new but absolutely functional. We didn't need help getting them fitted but did hear another person being offered assistance doing this. Really happy with the service, which was polite and friendly and they had great English. There was no discussion of extra insurances or any kind of upsell. Will definitely be using this company again. Few things to note: The pick up is in car park P4, which is about a 3 minute walk from the main airport building. The desk is in a cabin shared with other rental companies. There is shade and ramped access. They give you the keys, then you get your stuff into the car and go back to them for the car park ticket, to get out. On return you drive into the car park and give them the new parking ticket with the keys. As with every car rental, you need to give a credit card. Top class service. Thanks.
