Levei meu carro pra reparo a oficina e fiquei satisfeita com o reparo ficou muito bom,como novo novamente. Achei a oficina organizada e o atendimento muito agradavel. Se precisar voltarei a contatar a oficina.

Sem estrutura clientes ao lado de fora da rececao por mais de 1 hora e meia apenas a espera para dar entrada na peritagem! Pessimo atendimento! Vamos ver se ao menos o servico e bem feito! Acabei de levantar a viatura e ficou um servico otimo no prazo estipulado,fui bem atendido desta vez. quem atendeu me foi bem atencioso e educado! E tambem falou desta critica acima pois estavam a voltar de ferias por isso da demora no atendimento! Logo indico esta oficina trabalho impecavel!
No structure, customers standing outside the reception for more than 1 hour and a half just waiting to check in for the expert report! Terrible service! Let's see if at least the job is done well! I just picked up the vehicle and the service was excellent within the stipulated time, I was well looked after this time. Whoever answered me was very attentive and polite! And he also mentioned this review above because they were returning from vacation so there was a delay in service! I recommend this workshop for impeccable work!
bom...servico, mas nao atendem telefones, tinha direito a carro de substituicao ... ate deram no dia que fui buscar o meu que estava arranjado... enfim recomendo vivamente... mas nao a minha experiencia.
good... service, but they don't answer phones, I was entitled to a replacement car... they even gave it the day I went to pick up mine, which was fixed... anyway, I highly recommend it... but not my experience.

Recomendo vivamente. Staff super atencioso. A reparacao foi efetuada dentro do prazo previsto. Durante a reparacao a oficina foi-me sempre informando do estado da mesmas. Sempre que necessario e a esta oficina que irei recorrer. Nao conhecia a oficina e foi-me recomendada pela seguradora.
I highly recommend it. Super attentive staff. The repair was carried out within the expected deadline. During the repair, the workshop kept informing me of the condition of the repair. Whenever necessary, this workshop is what I will turn to. I didn't know the workshop and it was recommended to me by the insurance company.
A experiencia nesta oficina foi HORRIVEL. Comecou quando o meu marido marcou com uma semana de antecedencia a mudanca das pastilhas do carro. No dia 07/09 deixou o carro na oficina como marcado, e eles indicam que nao sabiam se iam conseguir terminar no proprio dia porque ainda iam encomendar as pastilhas. Entao? Ja sabiam a uma semana atras que era uma mudanca de pastilhas, e no dia e que fazem a encomenda? Comecamos bem. Quando o meu marido foi buscar o carro, ja pronto, ve que o envelope que estava no porta luvas do carro com 130EUR ja nao se encontrava no mesmo. Primeiramente, comecemos ja por questionar, o que e que foram fazer ao abrir o porta luvas quando era uma mudanca de pastilhas? O meu marido falou com a responsavel que em vez de querer tentar perceber o que se passou, disse logo que era impossivel, QUE O DINHEIRO NAO ESTAVA LA (como e que ela pode ter a certeza de que o dinheiro nao estava la), nunca tentou sequer tentar perceber nada. Encheu o peito a dizer que tinha total confianca na equipa que tinha. Ora bem comeco por explicar que a gerencia da oficina mudou a cerca de 5 dias, e esta senhora com 5 dias consegue dizer que tem TOTAL CONFIANCA NA EQUIPA. Em momento nenhum o meu marido pediu o dinheiro que lhe foi ROUBADO NA OFICINA PELOS COLABORADORES, OU MESMO PELA SENHORA QUE O ATENDEU, mas a senhora em todos os momentos afirmou que o meu marido mentia e que nao havia nenhum dinheiro no carro. Um grande erro da nossa parte termos deixado o envelope no carro pois esta empresa nao e honesta, e tem ladroes na mesma. Termino indicando que e uma oficina na qual fazemos arranjos a anos, e nada do genero tinha acontecido ate a data, ate alterarem a gerencia da mesma. Nao aconselho, pois se sao ladroes, nao podem ser honestos no resto. Nao recomendo, nao aconselho e tenho muita pena por uma oficina que sempre trabalhou bem e honestamente, sujar o nome e o trabalho de anos por 130EUR, lamentavel.
The experience in this workshop was HORRIBLE. It started when my husband scheduled a car pad change a week in advance. On 07/09, he left the car at the workshop as scheduled, and they indicated that they didn't know if they would be able to finish it on the same day because they were still going to order the pads. Then? Did you already know a week ago that it was a tablet change, and did you place the order on the same day? We started well. When my husband went to get the car, already ready, he saw that the envelope that was in the car's glove compartment with EUR130 was no longer in it. Firstly, let's start by asking ourselves, what did they do when opening the glove compartment when it was time to change the pads? My husband spoke to the person in charge who, instead of trying to understand what happened, immediately said that it was impossible, THAT THE MONEY WASN'T THERE (how could she be sure that the money wasn't there), never He didn't even try to understand anything. He filled his chest saying that he had complete confidence in the team he had. Well, I'll start by explaining that the workshop management changed about 5 days ago, and this lady with 5 days of experience can say that she has TOTAL CONFIDENCE IN THE TEAM. At no point did my husband ask for the money that was STOLEN FROM THE WORKSHOP BY EMPLOYEES, OR EVEN BY THE LADY WHO ASSISTED HIM, but the lady always stated that my husband was lying and that there was no money in the car. It was a big mistake on our part to leave the envelope in the car because this company is not honest, and there are thieves in it. I end by pointing out that it is a workshop in which we have been making arrangements for years, and nothing of the kind had happened to date, until they changed its management. I don't advise it, because if they are thieves, they can't be honest about anything else. I don't recommend it, I don't advise it and I feel very sorry for a workshop that has always worked well and honestly, dirtying its name and years of work for EUR130, regrettable.
Exmos. senhores responsaveis pela oficina auto ONExy, reparacao auto, localizada na Rua Alda Nogueira no9 Feijo, 2810-402 Almada. O vosso departamento de assistencia nao foi capaz de reparar adequadamente a viatura da minha filha (Sandra Vinhas) Citroen C3; matricula 98-UR-17; cor Branca e no de chassis VF7SXHMZ6JT548609. Deixei o carro nas vossas instalacoes no dia 28 de agosto de 2023 para reparacao dos danos assumidos pela companhia de seguros (Seguro Directo). No dia 01 de setembro de 2023 sou contactado por funcionario da empresa via telemovel, para ir receber a viatura que tudo estava em ordem, reparacao concluida. Quando chego junto da viatura deteto que faltava o simbolo do modelo do carro, onde foi um funcionario a pressa cola-lo, quando vou ver a parte do embate, verifico que os dois frisos da embaladeira da roda traseira do lado direito, um encontra-se partido e o outro solto conforme fotos em anexo. A viatura no seu interior e exterior encontrava-se bastante suja de po, supostamente do trabalho realizado, mas o funcionario responsavel da oficina disse que estava limpa e o servico concluido. E de lamentar esta situacao de mau profissionalismo por parte da oficina recomendada pela Seguro Directo, sujeitarem os clientes passarem por estas empresas com esta tao baixa qualidade de atencao e tao mau atendimento pelo responsavel da oficina. Exmos. gentlemen responsible for the ONExy auto repair shop, located at Rua Alda Nogueira no9 Feijo, 2810-402 Almada. Your service department was unable to properly repair my daughter's (Sandra Vinhas) Citroen C3 car; registration number 98-UR-17; color White and chassis number VF7SXHMZ6JT548609. I left the car at your premises on August 28, 2023 to repair the damage assumed by the insurance company (Seguro Directo). On September 1, 2023, I was contacted by a company employee via cell phone, to go and receive the vehicle as everything was in order, repairs completed. When I arrive at the vehicle I notice that the symbol of the car model is missing, where an employee hastily glued it on. When I go to see the crash part, I see that the two trims on the rear wheel sill on the right side, one is broken and the other loose as shown in the attached photos. The vehicle's interior and exterior were quite dirty with dust, supposedly from the work carried out, but the employee responsible for the workshop said it was clean and the work had been completed. It is regrettable this situation of poor professionalism on the part of the workshop recommended by Seguro Directo, subjecting customers to passing through these companies with such low quality of attention and such poor service from the person in charge of the workshop.
