It was our first time renting a camper and we loved it! The Van was in a very good state, but were unlucky to have the water pump fail on us during the trip. But Paula was reachable throughout and very helpful! "Only" 4 stars as the communication with the administration could have been a bit faster - we were slightly worried about our booking when communication stood still for a couple of days.

What an amazing experience we had! It was our first time in a RV. Me, my husband and our 2 kids. We rented the "Wild Life" RV and it was amazing! Super comfortable, high end materials, as clean as it can get. The staff was wonderful, explained everything to us and even suggested places for us to go. Management was also incredible, from the moment we made our reservation they made sure we were comfortable with everything and after our trip ended we had our security deposit back in no time. Thanks guys! We will be back for sure!

Scammers. We rented a van with them and they are withholding almost 900EUR from our security deposit for scratches, even though everything was fine when we returned the van. Now they are not answering any mails or phonecalls. Save yourself some trouble and do not book with them!

From the beginning on it was pure chaos, trying to rent a van with them. The employees spoke nearly no english and didn't knew the car we were picking up at all. Through the whole time the communication was a mess and at the end they were trying to charge us for old car damages...stay safe

Great experience. We had rented a motorhome before, with another company and that time we had some problems. This time, everything was OK. Very helpful from the outset, excellent vehicle, new and impeccably clean, very satisfactory. During the holidays, we had some small problems that were very well managed by Mr. Carlos; Even from a distance, he gave us all the assistance we needed, always very concerned about resolving issues and not disturbing our vacation. We rented a campervan for a full week, Paula took care of introducing us to the vehicle and finalizing our contract. A very caring, warm and attentive person. This immediately gave us confidence. We are absolutely delighted with our stay, we had very good comfort in the vehicle and Paula was available very quickly on WhatsApp in case of questions/problems. When checking out we were worried because we had scratched one of the mirrors (no breakage just scratches on the plastic of the indicator). We immediately showed the said scratches to Paula who was very understanding and reassured us that this was covered by the warranty option we had chosen (option 2). Once again, Paula was very warm and delighted to know that we enjoyed our stay. We havent met the rest of the team but Paula sent us a great image of it, if we come back to Portugal and need to rent a camper van we will call caravans2rent. We recommend this company 200%! Weve had big problems with other rental companies before, so were very happy to see that this isnt a general occurrence. It was with a light heart and great satisfaction that we ended our stay in Portugal, Paula even offered to take us back to the airport. Great experience thanks again Paula if you pass by!

Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre sejour, nous avions un tres bon confort dans le vehicule et Paula etait disponible tres rapidement sur WhatsApp en cas de question/probleme. Lors du check out nous etions inquiets car nous avions erafle lun des retro (pas de casse seulement des rayures sur le plastique du clignotant). Nous avons tout de suite montre les dites rayures a Paula qui sest montree tres comprehensive et nous a rassure sur le fait que cela etait couvert par loption de garantie que nous avions choisie (option2). Encore cette fois, Paula etait tres chaleureuse et ravie de savoir que le sejour nous avait plu. Nous navons pas rencontre le reste de lequipe mais Paula nous a renvoye une super image de celle ci, si nous revenons au Portugal et avons besoin de louer un camping car cest a caravans2rent que nous ferons appel. Nous recommandons cette societe a 200%! Nous avons deja eu de gros problemes avec dautres societes de location, donc nous sommes tres heureux de voir que ce nest pas une generalite. Cest le coeur leger et avec une grande satisfaction, donc, que nous avons termine notre sejour au Portugal, Paula nous a meme propose de nous ramener a laeroport. Super experience merci encore Paula si vous passez par la!

We rented a camper here for our Portugal vacation. We were there on time but because someone had to be picked up from the airport at short notice, we were left standing and were only able to pick up our camper two hours late. Because we were excited about the holidays, we took it all in stride. Afterwards everything worked and the return went smoothly. Fortunately, we had no complaints about any damage and were able to return the vehicle in the same condition. When we left the place it was confirmed that everything was fine. Then the fraud just began. We were told that we would receive our deposit of around EUR 1600 back via transfer about a week after handing it over. However, we were deducted around EUR 200 for damage that never occurred. Since I filmed the car myself, I could have easily proven that there was no damage. When I asked for a picture of the damage and a damage report, I could no longer reach the company. To date I have not received any response. Apparently this seems to be a scam that I have never encountered before. It is therefore certain that I will never rent a camper here again and cannot recommend it under any circumstances.

Wir waren punktlich vor Ort aber da kurzfristig jemand vom Flughafen abgeholt werden musste, wurden wir stehen gelassen und konnten unseren Camper erst 2h zu spat entgegennehmen. Aufgrund der Ferienvorfreude haben wir das gelassen genommen. Anschliessend hat alles geklappt und auch die Ruckgabe ging ordentlich vonstatten. Wir hatten glucklicherweise keine Schaden zu bemangeln und konnten das Fahrzeug im gleichen Zustand retournieren. Als wir den Ort verliessen, war bestatigt, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Dann hat der Betrug erst begonnen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir unsere Einlage von ca. EUR 1600 ca. eine Woche nach der Abgabe via Transfer zuruckerhalten. Uns wurden aber ca. EUR 200 fur Schaden abgezogen, die es nie gegeben hat. Da ich den Wagen selbst gefilmt hatte, hatte ich auch ohne weiteres beweisen konnen, dass es keine Schaden gab. Als ich nach einem Bild vom Schaden, sowie einem Schadensreport fragte, konnte ich die Gesellschaft nicht mehr erreichen. Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Offenbar scheint dies eine Betrugsmasche zu sein, die ich bis jetzt noch nie erlebt habe. Somit steht sicher, dass ich hier nie wieder einen Camper mieten werde und dies auch unter keinen Umstanden weiterempfehlen kann.

We rented a campervan for a week, Carlos came to pick us up around midnight at Faro airport (although the plane was more than an hour late), Tania kindly explained to us how the equipment works camper van and we hit the road. On the way back Tania dropped us off at the airport at the scheduled time.
