Locacao simplesmente espetacular. O Fabio e a Sofia foram super atenciosos e prestativos e, como foi minha primeira locacao de uma autocaravana, me passaram todas as orientacoes e sugestoes para uma boa estada com o veiculo, o qual, vale salientar, possui uma infraestrutura muito boa, confortavel e adequada para esse tipo de viagem. Eu super indico a locacao de Autocaravanas com esse time.
Simply spectacular location. Fabio and Sofia were super attentive and helpful and, as it was my first rental of a motorhome, they gave me all the guidance and suggestions for a good stay with the vehicle, which, it is worth highlighting, has a very good, comfortable and suitable for this type of trip. I highly recommend renting Motorhomes with this team.

Adorei aventura que tive na caravana, mas Vi diversos comentarios negativos, mas ja reparei foram de pessoas a tentar roubar caravanas e mandam a culpa para cima da Senhora Sofia, venho por este meio informar que no meu lado foi 10/10, foi combinado entre os dois sobre o uso da caravana e tive um atendimento sincero e directo, ZERO RECLAMACOES. Adorei conhecer a Senhora Sofia :) e Divertir bastante recomendo a todos =) <3
I loved the adventure I had in the caravan, but I saw several negative comments, but what I noticed were people trying to rob caravans and blame it on Ms. Sofia, I hereby inform you that on my side it was 10/10, it was agreed between both about the use of the caravan and I received sincere and direct service, ZERO COMPLAINTS. I loved meeting Ms. Sofia :) and I had a lot of fun, I recommend it to everyone =) <3
D Sofia, a senhora decida se ou o carro estava alugado ou nao estava Tenha coerencia na suas palavras e atitudes .A Senhora disse me em chamada que este carro nao tinha aluguer nenhum esta semana. Se esta a falar da Fiat a senhora disse que os srs so precisavam de carro 4 feira e trocavam porque eram so 4 pessoas . A senhora supostamente tem uma empresa de aluguer tem de ter facturacao, livro de reclamacoes fisico e on line . Concelho minha senhora o que queria era respeito e consideracao pelos seus clientes .Que e o caso . Ia lhe fazer uma reseva para Fevereiro depois de ontem nem pensar esta riscado . Ponha a mao na consciencia e reveja as suas atitudes . Se quer manter a empresa aberta, ponha tudo legal e so um conselho pk nao se pode negar facturas sabia? Mas fiquemos por aqui . E so algo mais tenho carta a 30 anos sei muito bem o que e uma embraiagem nao me vem ensinar nada . Se quiser que ponha tudo aqui eu faco sem problemas algum a senhora pode chamar a cavalaria toda a mim nao me desmente quando eu tenho razao. A sua falta de atitude , de respeito, de incoerencia sao incriveis, quando vim apresentar reclamacao estava ca , a denuncia do Sr Lourenco, da Mariana e de mais 2 pessoas a denunciar a sua empresa , nao vi um unico elogio e simples verem as datas e as coincidencias Ate domingo

If you're talking about Fiat, you said that you only needed a car on Wednesdays and would exchange it because there were only 4 people. You supposedly have a rental company and must have invoicing, a physical and online complaints book. Council, ma'am, what you wanted was respect and consideration for your customers. Which is the case. I was going to make a reservation for February after yesterday, I wouldn't even think about it being crossed out. Put your hand on your conscience and review your attitudes. If you want to keep the company open, make everything legal, it's just advice because you can't deny invoices, you know? But let's stop here. And just one more thing, I've had a license for 30 years, I know very well what a clutch is, and it doesn't teach me anything. If you want me to put everything here, I'll do it without any problems, you can call the entire cavalry on me, don't deny me when I'm right. Relembramos tambem.. que atrasos e imprevisto nao sao crimes, e isso foi dito a todo momento sem deixar a empresa fora do que estava acontecendo. Tambem relembramos que teria varias formas de resolver a situacao, comecando pelo contrato que nao nos foi dado. E como contratamos um servico, o mesmo tem que ser prestado ate o fim. Ja que fomos ameacados de pagar uma diaria a mais pelo atraso, a empresa poderia fornecer o prazo ate pela manha pra estar devolvendo a caravana limpa e no local em que foi pega. Mas mandaram msg pedindo a morada e local em que iamos parar pra deixar eu e meu filho e que iriam buscar sem problemas ! Entao viajaram 25km pq quiseram, mas nenhum de nos se negou a fazer o combinado. A empresa tambem poderia ter deixado eu e meu filho em casa e levado a caravana e marcado de irmos a margem sul tratar sobre o assunto. Dizendo tudo que foi pago com o caucao , o que faltou e o que sobrou. Isso chama-se etica. Eles simplismente deixou todos nos na rodovia nos impedindo de entrar na caravana mandando nos embora aos gritos. O respectivo marido da dona da empresa colocou o dedo no meu rosto gritando comigo na frente do meu filho menor. Foram embora e nos bloquearam. De tudo que aconteceu posso garantir, que atrasos e imprevistos nao sao crimes. Ainda mais justificados com educacao. Mas negar um contrato, cobrar algo que nao esteja no contrato, inventar um valor, negar o livro de reclamacao, gritar xingar, agredir. Isso sim e crime. Pode ter acontecido o que for. Mas nada justifica a atitude da empresa para conosco. Perderam a razao ai. E ainda ressalto que fui embora com meu filho que nao tinha que estar ali, tenho como testemunha o Uber que me ajudou (as 2:20) . E meu namorado ficou pra acabar de resolver, se tivessemos ido todos embora iriam dizer que fugimos, porem fomos deixados!

Since we were threatened with paying an extra daily rate for the delay, the company could provide a deadline until the morning to return the caravan clean and to the location where it was picked up. But they sent a message asking for the address and place where we were going to stop to drop me and my son off and that they would pick us up without any problems! So they traveled 25km because they wanted, but none of us refused to do what we agreed. The company could have also left my son and I at home and taken the caravan and arranged for us to go to the south bank to discuss the matter. Telling everything that was paid with the deposit, what was missing and what was left. This is called ethics. They simply left us all on the highway, preventing us from entering the caravan and sending us away screaming. The company owner's husband put his finger in my face yelling at me in front of my youngest son. They left and blocked us. From everything that happened, I can guarantee that delays and unforeseen events are not crimes. Even more justified with education. But denying a contract, charging something that is not in the contract, inventing a value, denying the complaint book, shouting insults, attacking. Yes, that is a crime. Anything could have happened. But nothing justifies the company's attitude towards us. They lost their reason there. And I also emphasize that I left with my son who didn't have to be there, I have Uber as a witness who helped me (at 2:20). And my boyfriend stayed to finish sorting it out, if we had all left they would say we ran away, but we were left!

A resposta da respectiva empresa abaixo nao mostra nenhum argumento sobre as agressoes , falta de contrato, falta de fatura e falta de livro de reclamacao. (Sera que pensam que nao temos prova?) e da onde ela tirou que foram ter conosco as 4? Ja comecaram a mentir! outros clientes antigos nos procurou, e deram mais provas de coisas iguais ou piores que aconteceram com eles. Caravana ilegal, foi pedido pra caso a policia nos parasse , nao dizer que era alugado e sim emprestado de uma amiga. Roubou todo o caucao , nao nos devolveu nada. Nao nos deu copia do contrato nem passou fatura. E na hora de entregarmos a caravana levou um homem totalmente desequilibrado gritando e sendo agressivo, pra nos intimidar. Fabio Rocha o nome do agressor. Mas iremos denunciar e abrir processo.( ja foi) Caravana caindo aos pedacos, desde o inicio inventando coisas pra pagar. 300EUR de pedagios, 200 de limpeza , sendo que entregou tudo sujo os vidros e por fora. Pessimos, e o carma vem!

EUR300 for tolls, EUR200 for cleaning, and the windows and outside were all dirty. We suck, and karma comes!
