DECONVENUE ! A EVITER Avec 3 amis au Portugal au mois de juillet, nous decidons de nous tourner vers ce loueur qui accepte les carte de debit pour la location, avec le versement d'une caution qui sera reversee le 20 du mois suivant la location. Sur le papier ca semble honnete si l'agence reverse la somme qui etait due, et cela n'a pas ete le cas L'agence nous a retire de l'argent pour le nettoyage du vehicule alors qu'il nous a ete indique au moment du check-out que tout etait propre et qu'il n'y avait aucun soucis, alors que nous etions aptes et envieux d'en faire plus Ils pensent que l'attente pour le 20 du mois d'apres suffit pour faire oublier le montant du, mais ce n'est pas le cas pour nous, cette agence a fait preuve de malhonnetete sur ce reversement, sans nous le dire en presence
DISAPPOINTMENT! TO AVOID With 3 friends in Portugal in July, we decided to turn to this rental company which accepts debit cards for the rental, with the payment of a deposit which will be refunded on the 20th of the month following the rental. On paper it seems honest if the agency pays back the amount that was due, and that was not the case The agency took money from us for cleaning the vehicle even though we were told at check-out that everything was clean and that there were no problems, even though we were fit and want to do more They think that waiting for the 20th of the following month is enough to forget the amount due, but this is not the case for us, this agency was dishonest about this payment, without telling us in person.
Very bad quality... we did rent a car with this agency and it turns that we had to pay an extra 30EUR at the end of our trip. The car was cleaned and approved by the agent when we gave it back. What a surprise to see the extra fee 2months later on my bank account...

I rarely review places but I feel scammed. The process for returning the deposit only starts 20 days after the end of the rent. At the end more than 100 euros were missing. Asked why the lady said it costed twenty euros to clean the car (when she said 10 when returning the car) and the rest was highway and other expenses that were written in the contract. I suggest to read carefully every point of the contract and don't be rushed by the person there. When asked to demonstrate that they paid this amount for cleaning and highways (I've only been to porto and I know the prices of the highways in Portugal), they changed the amount realising an error. Nevertheless, they charged me more than sixty euros without providing any evidence of these expenses
La pire experience de location de mes amis canadiens. Depot de garantie 200EUR encaisse mais qu'on ne peut vous rembourser qu'en envoyant ensuite votre iban, deleste de frais autre que leplein d'essence. Plein qui n'a pas pu etre fait car la prise pour charger les telephones n'etait plus la (donc plus de gps). Fenetre conducteur qui descendait seule et difficile a fermer. Bref, vehicule en mauvais etat (la rouille autour du pare-brise nous avait deja semble bizarre) et non revise. Mauvaise foi ensuite de l'agence.. qui nous explique comment utiliser le bouton de fenetre...aucun geste commercial.. fuyez! Et n'etait meme pas dans les moins chers..
Worst rental experience of my Canadian friends. Security deposit 200EUR collected but which can only be refunded by then sending your iban, relieved of costs other than a full tank of petrol. Full which could not be done because the socket for charging the phones was no longer there (so no more GPS). Driver's window that went down alone and was difficult to close. In short, vehicle in poor condition (the rust around the windshield had already seemed strange to us) and not serviced. Bad faith then from the agency... who explains to us how to use the window button... no commercial gesture... run away! And it wasn't even among the cheapest...
