We were very satisfied with AP, the car is new, well equipped, I definitely recommend it.

SCAMMERS AND LIARS! The treatment at the time of booking was very easy and pleasant! At the time of returning the car there were other guys, one of them short and with glasses, they were quite rude and were looking for something in the car to make me pay more, luckily it couldnt be, everything was correct on my part! When I arrived in my city of origin a few days later they made a payment on my card without my authorizing it, to this day I am still in contact with my bank to recover my 70 Euros. The company still does not respond, they will force me to make everything longer but I will have to file a criminal complaint for fraud! I know that sometimes they do these things and take advantage of us being tourists, but we should not allow them to do these things to us, especially without our consent! YOU ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS! Obviously not all the workers, since the first day a thin guy treated me very well, but as a company you are a shame!

SCAMMERS and THIEVES! They gave us a car and explained everything to us very well, taking photos of the damage to the car, explaining that the gasoline had to be returned full and that for any problem there were 3 telephone numbers where we could call and be assisted! We were unlucky enough to have two flat tires on our car, realizing at 5:30 a.m., we wrote to their helpline hoping that when they opened they would be able to help us, well... we had to keep calling continuously, at 12:00: 30 hours later the tow truck arrived and a guy from the rental company, this guy made no effort to explain to us, unlike the guy who helped us the first day, I told him that I had been without a car all morning, which was not normal having informed at 06:00 hours, his response was Its not my problem, I shouldnt be here , we told him that in any case it is the rental companys problem but that it is not ours either, we had suffered vandalism on 2 wheels and that we would file a report to avoid paying for the damages, since they were not caused by us, this boys response was There is no need to file a report with the police, you have to pay anyway ! It didnt seem very normal to us but the boy wasnt in the mood to help much and was in a hurry, he put us in a car and took us to the workshop where the tow truck would come with our car. This boys driving was very reckless, warning him several times not to run so far or overtake in that way, where this boy did not pay any attention! Once in the workshop, the boy spoke to the workshop, telling them that we would pay for everything through them. The workshop, very friendly and legal, explained to us that the car agency would make us pay a lot more, so we decided to pay the workshop. repairs directly, we asked for the invoice and with them perfect! Of course, leaving the workshop at 2:30 p.m.! The next day we returned the car and the problems returned, we told them that we had already paid for the repair and they began to tell us that we had to pay for the cleaning of the interior of the car, which was almost perfect, when they saw that we did not give in they told us that we had to pay for the tow truck from the previous day, where we showed them the contract that said Free 24 hour roadside assistance , the guy started to get nervous and told us that in order to help us and for the tow truck to arrive sooner he called another tow truck and of course we have to pay for it , we refused and told him that from 6:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. we were without a car, having paid for the entire day and that we did not ask for any other tow truck! This guy finally forced us to pay the tow truck to return the deposit, without giving us any invoice and continually trying to deceive us! To return the deposit we had to swipe the card, which the invented tow truck was paid for without our consent! We had to go to the airport and they took advantage of this! We left knowing that they had wanted to scam us even more and while waiting for the bus to the airport we met 3 police officers, we explained to them what had happened and they told us They have deceived you, also in Madeira the tow truck is free for the city and it has to cover it and more If it is because of vandalism They offered to accompany us to the car agency and talk to them, but we were in a hurry to go to the airport! Its a shame that they SCAM and STEAL from tourists in this way, the police informed us how to file a claim for this fact, which we will do! We are still waiting for the invoice for the tow payment by email and WhatsApp as the guy from the car agency promised! They are SHAMELESS! You know when a company is good when something happens to you! Thanks to the workshop and the police for helping us!

Scammers. Be careful that when you return the car, they charge you without issuing the invoice! Liars! There is nothing worse than defending yourself with lies! We are going to complain and denounce, and we will demand the audio and videos from the surveillance camera! Remember to save the audio and videos!
