Fabulous company. Both the staff members we spoke with were very helpful and welcoming. We were able to get the car a day early as well as drop off a few hours early on our last night! Ana was extremely knowledgeable about great spots around the island. And the male staff member (didn't get his name) showed my partner the ins and outs of the car and was very clear with his instructions. No hidden fees just the price of the booking and the EUR300 deposit which was all very clear at the time of booking online. Driver was 23 and we didn't have to pay any extortionate extras for young driver insurance. We did get a parking fine (for parking on the path - so don't do that) and they sorted that out for us, as the slip needed filling out and returning to the police. We just paid the EUR30 fine. All round fabulous company could not recommend enough. Will definitely be using again the next time we visit Madeira.

Perfect service. Car brought and picked up in front of the hotel free of charge. Corresponding to the explanation at the time of sale, including crossing out dangerous roads on the map. I rented a Seat Ibiza with a surprisingly powerful engine, which was ideal for the mountains, the car is new, with sensors, navigation via Android auto on a reasonably large dashboard screen. I was very satisfied and I recommend it.

It was my first time renting a car on my own so it was important that the company I was renting from was a reputable one. Ana was so responsive and helpful from the very start despite my last minute request. Even though she did not have a car for me, she liaised with a partner company on my behalf and everything was so seamless! The partner company delivered the car to the airport and the agreed time, and the handover was fuss-free. Even though I wasn t renting the car from her, Ana was available on WhatsApp whenever I needed help during my trip and even had great recommendations for pastel de nata! The car I got was great and I had no issues at all. Definitely recommend this company and I will be using them if I ever return to Madeira. Hope to see you next time Ana!

We had looked for a car rental company that would bring a car directly to the port, as we were arriving for a one day stop through Royal Caribbean. When we got there, Anna was there waiting for us directly at the port and walked us to our car, which was less than 60 seconds from the gate. She and her peers showed us how to run all of the features of the car and even helped link our phones to the GPS system! We arranged a time to bring the car back and they were there waiting for us, as we returned the car to the same place where we picked it up. Anna and her colleague were so kind and welcoming, and the service was bar on the best car rental experience we have ever had, I would highly, highly recommend this rental company without hesitation! Seeing Madeira by car was fantastic as we were able to go up to the north coast and see the lava pools and other places of interest.

Friendly staff, fair prices, no credit card is required to rent a car, no any hidden tax. The car was new and had more than enough power to go up and down the mountain roads. Seat Arona, automatic transmission. Minimal paper works, 10 minutes to get the car and 5 minutes to return it back. I was fully satisfied with my rent a car experience.

We had chosen to rent in Funchal rather than at the airport given the bad reviews and exorbitant deposits requested by rental companies located at the airport. We rented a Skoda Fabia for 5 days which had only 13,000 km in excellent condition. We recommend taking an automatic car given the terrain of Madeira and this car was perfect even when going uphill. At the agency level, professional welcome by a French-speaking lady. She took the time to tell us places to visit, roads to avoid, etc. No unpleasant surprises when returning the car. The fuel deposit of 80 in cash was returned to us. We recommend this agency for their transparency.

Nous avions fait le choix de louer a Funchal plutot qu a l aeroport au vu des mauvais avis et des cautions exorbitantes demandes par les loueurs situes a l aeroport. Nous avons loue pour 5 jours une Skoda fabia qui n avait que 13 000 km en excellent etat. Nous recommandons de prendre une voiture automatique vu les reliefs de Madere et cette voiture etait parfaite meme en pleine montee. Au niveau de l agence, accueil professionnel par une dame parlant francais. Elle a pris le temps de nous indiquer des lieux a visiter, des routes a eviter etc. Pas de mauvaise surprise au moment de rendre la voiture. La caution carburant de 80 en especes nous a ete rendue. We picked out a car in advance at Auto Rent a Car (Skoda Fabia, automatic) and our wish was implemented. The car will be brought directly to the port. We were warmly welcomed by Anna, who gave us the car with lots of good tips and explained everything in German. The return was also completely relaxed and problem-free. It is clear to us that we will rent our car here again when we visit Madeira again.

Later received clear instructions via WhatsApp. When picking up the car, we received a good explanation about the car itself and driving on the island. Received good tips. The car drove great and was perfect for the (steep) roads on Madeira. When we returned the car, we were taken to the airport at a cheap price. You do not need a credit card here and you can pay the deposit in cash. Definitely recommended!
