Servico 5 estrelas. Alugamos o carro sem precisar de franquias absurdas, com um seguro completo. Chegamos antes da hora e o funcionario aprontou se e chegou antes da hora combinada de recolha e estava la na hora combinada de largada. Zero problemas. Um carro super seguro, limpo, confortavel e capaz de subir as rampas que sao infinitas. Se voltar a madeira sera com a beblue. Obrigado.

O nosso voo atrasou 2h e nao houve problema porque estavam a nossa espera. Na devolucao perguntamos se poderiamos entregar 1h30m antes e nao houve qualquer problema. O carro estava limpo e as cadeiras para as criancas ja estavam instaladas. Sao simpaticos e eficazes para alem de terem o melhor preco.

Great rental company we couldn't find a rental company with reasonable prices until this came up. At first thought it was too good to be true. We went picked up the car amazing service the car was great no problems at all. Would recommend

Um ehrlich zu sein wurde ich diese Autovermietung eher nicht empfehlen. Preislich kann man sich nicht beschweren. Es hat auch alles geklappt als wir das Fahrzeug vor Ort abgeholt haben, und auch bei der Ruckgabe ging alles gut, aber der Service lasst wirklich zu wunschen ubrig. Der Service als wir unser Auto abgeholt haben war unfreundlich und wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefuhlt. Uns wurde ganz eindrucklich gesagt, dass das Auto neu seie und wir es ja sauber wieder zuruckbringen sollen. Neu war das Auto aber so gar nicht. Die Bremsen waren komplett heruntergefahren, wir hatten teilweise etwas Angst dass sie uns bei der Fahrt noch kaputt gehen.

The service was super great. We were afraid of a tourist trap, but the people were very nice. Even if we had an issue with the car, they manage it super well and it was not because of them. Everything was clear, with no problem.

I really recommend this car rental company. Don't be afraid of a website that is only available in Portuguese. They speak English well. Cars are well maintained in competitive prices. I made a prepayment by money transfer before I arrived (with a discount). No credit card nor deposit needed. Reasonable insurance included in a price. Collet and return in 5 min each. The agent working in a shopping mall office is a very nice and professional person.

A Be Blue foi-nos recomendada e nao podiamos estar mais satisfeitos. Foi-nos atribuido um carro muito bom, requisito mais que obrigatorio para quem quer conhecer a Ilha das subidas e descidas. Quem nos recebeu foi muito atencioso e prestavel. Parabens!! Continuem o bom trabalho e vemo-nos em breve

This was by far my best experience with a Rent a Car in many years. No waiting times, no queues, no deposit required, no attempts to upsell insurance or upgrades, no long paperwork. Pick and return = 10mins in total. I messed up with my arrival time at Madeira airport and arrived 2 hours earlier than my booking. Gave them a call and they promptly adjusted and had a nice Megane ready in minutes waiting for us in the car park. The agent and their support were 5 stars. Highly recommend.
