The absolute best!! We were a bit nervous & skeptical about booking our car with this company since it's not a super known or large rental car company but we took a chance and went with online recommendations/reviews and boy were we happy we made this choice!!! Phenomenal service! Thank you Joao! He's the owner, family operated business, and he personally meet us in the airport (just say time and place to meet and they'll be there). He brought the car and was very nice/professional, we didn't have to wait long line or queue like regular car companies, he brought all the paperwork and we signed remaining things right there by the car and drove off honestly 5 star service! We felt like VIPs! Great price too! He communicated with us through WhatsApp and even sent us an interactive map of the island that had scenic routes or best photo spots/opps. Joao asked us where we wanted to drop off the car, can be in city or in airport and he did us the favor of taking us back to airport. Just so nice and easy- we honestly couldn't believe it and thought reviews were fake because it was too good to be true but no-trust us and book with them! Support their small and hopefully growing business. Thank you Joao! Sorry it took us a while to post this! We visited in April of this year and still remember our amazing week in Madeira. Hope to visit again soon & we will definitely rent from you!

I was initially hesitant about renting a car in Madeira due to my inexperience driving in mountainous areas. However, Alexandre and his team made the entire process seamless. They provided an automatic vehicle, thoroughly explained everything, and even offered helpful recommendations for places to visit. I rented the car for four days and drove it around the island without any issues - it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The car was delivered to my location on time, and the convenience of returning it at the airport was a significant plus. Arrived to Madeira and reached out to Alex as he was recommended. He had a car prepared for us the next day. Really good car, very clean, with a full tank. Alex was very friendly and helpful, showed me how to use the car on steep hills. The car ran beautifully for the 3 days we had it without any issues and then we handed the car back. The car was both dropped off and picked up from our hotel which was a massive bonus!! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Madeira looking to rent a car!

We had a wonderful experience with Be4utiful Madeira Car. Ermelinda helped us quickly and efficiently when our car broke down and had to be collected by pick-up truck. Everything was arranged quickly and a replacement car given to us within an hour. We then were given a bigger car for the last few days of our holiday. Our hotel arranged a last-minute car rental for us, delivering the car directly to the hotel and later picking it up. The service was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout the process, especially when extending the rental duration. I wholeheartedly recommend this car rental service and my family and I will definitely choose them again when we return to Madeira.

Excellent service, good price. We received a lot of tips from Alex about Madeira. Overall we were looked after like no other company would. Very personal approach, car delivered to the address we were staying at (our preference) even with a lift to the airport at the end. The car was also in good condition. You cannot get this level of service with any of the airport rental companies.
