The car we rented was new and very well-kept, perfect for driving around the winding and tight streets of Madeira. So we struggled to find a car rental online with a decent price, timing etc... But our Airbnb host recommended we contact City Car Rent, which we are glad we did. They were very helpful right from the beginning and gave us a car that was new and that easily managed the steep hill roads. They helped us with all our questions and even picked up the car with short notice. All in all, great service, price, and cars.
