This views you can reach out only with a car in a short period of time. Car: with 1.0l it will be a little bit tricky sometimes, but it's a habit thing. Inside very clean, with AC, minimal comfort is there. The communication with personal was super and very friendly. Before taking a car every scratch and damage was shown and described in the contract. I can only further recommend this rental. Great job.

Super happy with CR Rent! We rented a Skoda for 5 days and the experience could not have been better. I had a paperwork problem regarding my license and CR Rent did everything to make it happen when other places would not care at all. The car was clean and in perfect shape. The process of renting was explained in detail and very understandable. We also got some advice on how to drive the car safely around the island.(believe me you want this advise) Price was very fair and the employees are friendly. Beware of rip-offs!!! I wouldnt recommend the rental to anyone! They were friendly and had pretty much the cheapest prices, but thats about it... the car is only driven to the hotel for a fee. I havent had it yet and the hotel isnt far away. The delivery and delivery took almost an hour. But the highlight was that we booked the car with insurance and in the end it didnt do us any good. There were scratches on the bottom front, which were already there on the other side. We had to pay almost 200 for this. Much more than we paid for the car for 3 days! Ive never experienced this before, its a shame... Never again, then dont offer overpriced insurance!

Das Highlight war aber, dass wir das Auto mit Versicherung gebucht haben und uns diese im Endeffekt nichts gebracht hat. Untern vorne sind Kratzer entstanden die allerdings auf der anderen Seite auch schon waren. Wir mussten hierfur fast 200 bezahlen. Viel mehr als wir fur 3 Tage fur das Auto bezahlt haben! Habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt, sehr schade.. Nie wieder, dann biete keine uberteuerte Versicherung an!

Very trustworthy service, contract terms in the full insurance are made to make you pay... either is your fault or not, full insurance is nonexistent. They will also charge for any minor chip that was or not prior on the car. Stay away from this guys.

I found it through Google searches, making contact via WhatsApp and they were always helpful. With prior notice, you can request your car at the airport, but we ended up collecting it at the store in Funchal. We requested a chair for our baby, and everything was impeccable, new car, no need for prepayment and no need to block the credit card. I highly recommend it.

They charged me an extra 180 for 2 tires for a fiat Panda, so I paid close to 480 for a 6 days rental, and I had full insurance. Total scam, and most probably the car rental company got an extra 180 from the insurance company as well because it was a situation that has been covered by the insurance anyway, so me and the insurance company got charged. Also they kept me and my girlfriend waiting for almost 2 hours to get assistance (in Funchal, close to city center) and to wait for the road management team to asses the damage and for them (car rental representative) to document the situation for insurance purposes, they took pictures and completed a form with the road management team. So they took extra money and extra time from us! Total scam, there are a lot of other car rental companies in the area, I would go to anyother one.
