Good experience, great prices and good service. We booked the car through Booking at a very competitive price for a small car (Twingo) and all went smoothly. The car was small, practical and not very powerful but we already knew that: even tho some say you need a big and powerful car to go around the island, I don't think you necessarily do, if you can drive a manual and don't have much hurry, the car works just fine. We went everywhere, even to the highest peaks, without problems, and spent 8 days only using a full tank of gas, more or less. The car had some scratches that the owner acknowledged and were correctly noted in the contract.

Was Solo Traveling and did a Last Minute Car-Rental with Pedro, the rental was quick, very professional (hes showed even the smalled spots on the car) and i even got FullI-Insurance for a good deal. Drop off( in the weekend on Sunday) was really good too,no Issues just quick and easy. Bets man pedro

I rented the car here from Rentalcars by booking application. Then I arrived. It was very late. Manager patiently waited for me. But I got scared, may be it s my bad. Gold watches bald with tattoos. I felt uncomfortable there. Unfortunately I couldn't reach out rentalcars to get at least some money back. At least a saved my deposit anyway.

Small company which may not seem like an obvious first choice when looking for a rental, but the service provided was perfect. We got lovely modern hybrid car in a perfect shape for a total bargain, staff was nice and friendly, and everything was perfectly fair and in order. We were told everything we needed to know, there were no tricks or catches and the deposit was returned to us right after we brought the car back, no problems whatsoever. Also located conveniently in the Funchal centre. I'm glad I supported a small local business instead of overpaying hundreds of euros to a multi-national rental company just because they may have a bit nicer office. I recommend everyone else to do the same!
