Ondas Rent Madeira in Funchal

We had a great experience renting from Ondas Rental Car...they were communicative, professional and the car was exactly what we ordered. Pick up and drop off was so easy...we were met with the car at arrivals and again at departures. David was an excellent ambassador for the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We definitely recommend Ondas. After thorough research and reading multiple reviews, we decided to go with a local company. We rented a Toyota Yaris (we own a CH-R but decided a smaller car is a better fit for the narrow roads in Madeira) with an automated transmission - the car behaved very well on the roads in Madeira; we had absolutely no stress driving it. Our plane was scheduled to land at 5:10 PM, but we decided to rent the car starting at 6 PM, in case of a flight delay. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a call at 5.30, that an employee was already in the parking lot with the car. All in all, it was the best choice and a great experience, and if we travel again to Madeira, we will definitely rent from this company.

Ondas car rental is really an outstanding company. Service and pickup was perfect. The car was almost new and in perfect condition, no scratches or buckling or any sign of usage. Fuel policy is fair (full to full) and vehicle drop-off was very simple. I can highly recommend this car rental and will chose this company again!

Very easy online booking process. Check-in was just as seamless. I liked that the price I paid included insurance which provided ease of mind. I booked an automatic 'economic' car, which ended up being a Toyota Yaris hybrid. The hybrid aspect was great as I got to use a weeks worth of driving around the island on just one tank. To my surprise the car fared very well on the steep hills of the island and I never felt in danger while driving the car. Nuno who was operating the shop at the time was communicative and highly professional. He also provided insight to Madeira which was helpful. Would recommend 5/5.

Amazing experience with Ondas! Trustworthy company, our Toyota Yaris was new generation as advertised and in very good condition. We went all around Madeira with no issues whatsoever. David was awesome, he brought the car, told us what we needed to know, was kind to assure we have a good start and we began exploring the island. 10/10 - Thank you for everything!

Loved our experience renting with Ondas in Madeira. We picked a fun little 1 series BMW hatchback and it was in great, like new condition. The best feature from Ondas is meeting you at arrivals when you land and then doing the same at departures when you leave. I haven't had an easier car rental experience before. Will gladly rent from Ondas again!

We enjoyed our stay in Madeira with Seat Arona- brand new and clean. Perfect service- we could receive car at our hotel and after our adventures leave it there for company to pick it up. Good price! We recommend!
