I rented a car from them for my trip last week. The communication before and during the trip was very smooth and the car pick up and drop-off was completely hassle-free. Pedro handed over the car to me and explained everything about the car and gave me some tips about free parking spots in Funchal. The car itself was quite new and I had no trouble whatsoever. The fact that they offer free car pick-up and drop-off in the city as well as at the airport, is just the cherry on top. I would definitely hire my ride from them whenever I visit Madeira again.

I went 2 weeks ago and I recommend them 1000% yes $1000 Professionals 100% Flexibility the same, and most importantly the personal treatment.. They brought my car to the hotel and picked it up (and it was far away) My experience... 2 days...100e without deposit with only a reservation of 10e and really... Very friendly and great service! The pick-up can be arranged anywhere in Funchal center. Fast communication and respect. Only thing they ask is that you communicate if anything is wrong and they ll provide further instructions on how to proceed. Which is entirely reasonable. For example because of the steep hills, even when using engine braking extensively, the brakes of the car overheated and started to squeal. We stopped and waited for them to cool off and contacted them. They confirmed that it s something normal because of the steep hills, and that we proceeded correctly by stopping and waiting. Drop-off was smooth with no issues.
