Prise de voiture le lundi 23 sept. 2hoo apres la prise de la voiture, le voyant de sous gonflage des pneus est apparu. Nous avons gonfle tous les pneus qui etaient sous gonfles... est-ce normal ? Puis tous les jours, nous avons du remettre de l'air dans le pneu droit avant. nous avons fini par changer ce pneu nous meme pour plus de securite. La roue de secours etait elle aussi sous gonflee. N'est-ce pas le travail de base et minimal pour une Ste de location de voiture de livrer a ses clients des voitures en etat de fonctionnement ?
Picked up the car on Monday September 23. 2 hours after picking up the car, the tire under-inflated warning light appeared. We inflated all the tires that were under inflated... is this normal? Then every day, we had to put air back into the right front tire. we ended up changing this tire ourselves for greater safety. The spare wheel was also underinflated. Isn't it the basic and minimal job for a car rental company to deliver cars in working condition to its customers?
Jose est tres serieux toujours disponible et serviable. De plus il se debrouille pas mal du tout en francais et meme si j'ai eu un petit probleme (car j'ai un peu raye la voiture et j'ai du payer cash ce qui est normal!) quoi qu'il en soit allez-y les yeux fermes ! Mais par contre ouvrez-les bien quand vous roulez ou quand vous vous garez parce que les routes sont vraiment serrees!Je recommande!
Jose is very serious, always available and helpful. Plus he does pretty well in French and even if I had a little problem (because I scratched the car a little and I had to pay cash which is normal!) anyway or go there with your eyes closed! But on the other hand, open them well when you are driving or when you park because the roads are really tight!I recommend!
Een verademing ten opzichte van eerdere ervaringen met autoverhuurders. Inleveren van de auto hier was zo gebeurd en ook het ophalen op het vliegveld ging zonder gedoe en pogingen je onnodige verzekeringen aan te smeren. Onze auto was prima al had hij een wat zwakke motor voor een eiland waar het gros van de wegen een hellingshoek heeft van meer dan 10%.
A relief compared to previous experiences with car rental companies. Returning the car here was easy and picking it up at the airport was also done without any hassle or attempts to sell you unnecessary insurance. Our car was fine although it had a somewhat weak engine for an island where most of the roads have a slope of more than 10%.

I can only recommend this office. I rented a car for 7 days in Madeira. I was given brand new Fiat Tipo (2 class higher car than I booked originally), and everything worked well. I did 750km all across the Madeira (moutain passes, gravel roads, city centres,...) and it was so dirty that I better washed it myself before the return. Return was absolutelly OK, no scratches, clean interior, no extra fees. 5 stars!
