Tive uma situacao urgente a resolver do estilo " o meu reino por um cavalo". O cavalo foi um carro otimo que a Europcar me alugou na Guarda e que pude devolver em 24 horas em Cascais. Preco muito bom com caucao do combustivel e taxa por entrega em loja diferente da loja do aluguer. Tudo EUR185 com IVA incluido. Pessoas simpatiquissimas.

I had an urgent situation to resolve in a "my kingdom for a horse" style. The horse was a great car that Europcar rented for me in Guarda and which I was able to return in 24 hours in Cascais. Very good price with fuel deposit and fee for delivery to a store other than the rental store. All EUR185 including VAT. Very friendly people.

Several rentals, with them for the first time that the insurance is as expensive as the rental ( 33 per rental and 30 insurance), doesnt even warn me about the insurance value. Thinking I had paid for 2 days, I came to drop off the car and I was asked to pay for 1 additional day. Booking online you will have fewer surprises. However the other times it went well (rental via their website)

En pensant avoir paye 2jour, je viens deposer la voiture on me demande de payer pour 1journee supplementaire. Reserver par internet vous aurez moins de surprise. I rented a vehicle through the Abreu agency, to pick up from 10/31/2022 to 11/02/2022. On the day of collection, the employee told me that the vehicle would have to be returned to another agency because it would close the following day. In conclusion, I was left without a vehicle because I had no possibility of returning it to another agency. This is shameful to say the least and shows no respect for customers. I will never hire this company again nor recommend it.

Aluguei uma viatura atraves da agencia Abreu, para levantar a 31-10-2022 ate 02-11-2022. No dia do levantamento, o funcionario disse-me que a devolucao da viatura teria que ser efectuada noutra agencia porque esta iria fechar no dia seguinte. Conclusao, fiquei sem viatura porque nao tinha possibilidade de a devolver noutra agencia. Isto e no minimo vergonhoso e sem qualquer respeito pelos clientes. Nunca mais vou contratrar esta empresa nem a recomendo.
