Aconteceram-me varias emissoes, disseram por dia extra ao mesmo preco de merito, mas extraem 3 vezes mais do que o preco reservado e isto aconteceu varias vezes e os funcionarios nao sao profissionais e preenchem documentos sem verificacao correta. Das piores com quem ja trabalhei. Pedi carro de substituicao, no qual houve uma confusao sobre os direitos que tinha direito. Para alem de se enganarem nos dias a que tinha direito, ainda me cobraram erradamente um dia. Pois bem, eu tinha que entregar o carro ate as 18h. Entreguei as 17:50 (tenho comprovativo). Infelizmente a Avis inseriu erradamente no sistema que horario limite de entrega seria ate as 17h. Com isso, paguei coima de atraso de entrega e mais um dia aluguer. Depois de conseguir entrar em contacto com eles, eles verificaram o erro. Mas ainda nao recebi o acerto/devolucao. Estou neste momento a cerca de 35 minutos ao telefone ao apoio ao cliente, a aguardar que me atendam. Ninguem atende. Tento ligar para o numero da loja de Guimaraes que esta online e o numero nao esta disponivel. Enfim, mais uma empresa que apenas se preocupa a sacar dinheiro aos cliente e nao se preocupem em devolver o dinheiro das pessoas que tanta falta faz. Continua a aguardar que me atendam.
One of the worst I've ever worked with. I asked for a replacement car, in which there was confusion about what rights I was entitled to. In addition to making mistakes about the days I was entitled to, they also charged me wrongly for one day. Well, I had to deliver the car by 6pm. I delivered at 5:50 pm (I have proof). Unfortunately, Avis incorrectly entered into the system that the delivery deadline would be 5pm. As a result, I paid a fine for late delivery and another day's rent. After managing to contact them, they verified the error. But I still haven't received the adjustment/return. I'm currently on the phone with customer support for about 35 minutes, waiting for them to answer me. Nobody answers. I try to call the number for the Guimaraes store that is online and the number is not available. In short, another company that only cares about withdrawing money from customers and doesn't worry about giving back money to people who are sorely missed. I continue to wait for them to answer me.
Esta agencia em Guimaraes tem um pessimo atendimento ao cliente. Reservei um carro e entrei em contacto com eles. Nao me alugaram o carro e nao responderam as minhas chamadas. Nao desperdicem dinheiro ao reservar

Bem , tive uma experiencia desagradavel. Numa segunda feira , ao ter direito ao carro de substituicao, fiz o mesmo pedido . Passado algumas horas ligaram me para tratar de todo o processo, onde levantar , e dias . Frisei a menina que precisava de o carro ainda para esse mesmo dia e ela prontamente disse que nao haveria problema, ate ai td bem . Perguntei ate que horas posso levantar , "ate as 18:30h" Entao faco 15 km de autocarro com os meu 2 filhos ( um com um ano e um com cinco ) par ir levantar o carro . Como deve calcular camioneta e 2 criancas , poderia atrasar um pouco . Entao chego a junto da empresa as 18:35( horas no meu telemovel ) Entao efectuei 6 chamadas para o numero la exposto mas sem sucesso. Bem entao pernas a caminha para ir trabalhar sem carro ... No outro dia , passei por la as 18h , questionei , que era 18:35no meu telemovel facil de provar . Responderam-me assim "18:30 Sao 18:30 " Facto , mas gosto pela ajuda e trabalho zero . Entao disse queria levantar hoje . Ha agora tem que ligar novamente para a seguradora , pois ate podia puxar a reserva , mas eles podem questionar . Eu disse mas nao ha problema vao receber esse dia por isso . Entao nada feito ... Com um sorriso disse Sabe que mais ja nem quero carro nenhum . Pois senti falta de vontade perante toda a situacao.

Pessimo atendimento, arrogancia de 1deg categoria, burocracia da idade da pedra. Usam multibanco para caucao? Tinha levantado dinheiro vivo, exigiram pre autorizacao com multibanco, nao tinha dinheiro na conta. A autoridade com o qual a vossa funcionaria falou "va depositar" mas la ignorei, arranjei forma de me transferirem o dinheiro para a conta com taxa de 3.00 para ficar disponivel. Entrego o carro e o valor fica cativo 3 dias? Enfim. Sr. David, agradeco o seu comentario, contudo ha que haver equidade se sabe o que significa. Assim como fui instantaneo na resolucao de resolver os vossos caprichos, devera haver da vossa parte espontaneidade na resolucao do mesmo. Desbloquear o montante, certo de que na hora foi bloqueado, no mesmo instante devera (nao deveria) ser desbloqueado. Avis NUNCA MAIS. Passou 1 semana e o estorno ainda nao veio.

Price changes every day! Why? It's not a normal for company and for people too. Last week we rented the car with price 75EUR per day, today the guy said, that it will be 100EUR per day with discount, without discount it will be 167,25EUR and it's the price for 4 days and more. I'm very upset with such service in Guimaraes!
