I've been flying into Faro for many years.....and the quality of transfer service offered by the various companies varies considerably. This time, I was transferring to Lagos, and came across this company "Lagos Transfers". The thing that caught my eye was that they claimed to watch the flight, and don't worry if it is delayed, as they will be waiting at whatever time the flight eventually arrives. A previous transfer company I had used left after waiting for one hour for my delayed flight....and didn't come back. Sure enough, my flight in to Faro was delayed by 3 hours.....and sure enough, there was our driver, at 23.00, waiting to take us to Lagos. On the return trip, from Lagos to Faro airport, our flight was cancelled, and we were put on a flight 8 hours later. I could only give Lagos Transfers 1 hour's notice of the change.....but again, no problem, and they arranged to pick me, and my family, up 8 hours later. No extra charge, no fuss.....just making sure that I got to and from the airport with perfect service. ....and the last part....the fee I paid for this incredible service was cheaper than I had pre-paid to the company who didn't wait. The choice for me the next time is a no-brainer......it will be "Lagos Transfers" every time. Apologies for the long review.....but it all needed to be said, and recognised as great service.
Excellent customer service from booking to drop off. We've used Lagos Shuttle Tranfers for two return journeys this year. Service is consistent and reliable. The email booking process is simple and they respond very quickly. Prices are good value. The drivers....we've had 4 different ones...are without exception prompt, friendly, helpful, safe and give lots of useful information about the area and Portugal in general. Our last driver, Carlos, was epic....he kept us entertained for the whole journey! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

This is a local Lagos company, office in old town. You can call them and talk to a local guy. We booked a private shuttle. Driver arrived on time in a good sized Mercedes van - 8 seater with luggage room. About 1 hour from old town to Faro airport. 80 Euros.
Philip was our driver from Lagos to Faro airport. He was very nice. Gave us a bit of local history which we were grateful. The van was very clean and comfortable. The booking process was quick and easy. A fair price. A better rate than Uber for the same ride. We will use this company again when we come back to visit.
Excellent service. Driver on time both on arrival, and when we were collected early Sunday morning for departure. Nice quality comfortable vehicle (Mercedes people carrier) also. Quite close to the bus station, and you can store your luggage from several hours to one day for a few euros (max EUR7). Good service
