We rented a car from these guys Sep. 12 and it was by far the best car rental experience I've ever had. We paid EUR65 for 24 hrs which included full insurance. Fantastic customer service, response time and accommodation. Daniel took care of us through booking the car conveniently on whats app, and also took care of us in person when we picked up the car and did the paper work. I must say Daniel is top notch, what a pleasure it was to deal with him, super friendly and caring. Even knew some things about the city I'm from and our hockey team! The car itself was so clean and smooth to drive, no issues whatsoever. Super convenient options for car and key drop off after hours too so you don't have to bother going back the next morning. Such an incredible company, thanks for making our car rental day perfect!

We had an excellent experience at this agency, the only one that, after a long search, allowed us to rent a car without a credit or debit card (for the deposit) and at a fair price. We left a cash deposit, which was not possible in any other car rental company. The staff was very kind. We were allowed to add a second driver and drop-off in Faro at no additional cost. The car was also modern and in excellent condition. I highly recommend.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service. Jessica and the team truly stand out in a sea of dodgy rental car businesses in this world. We had a long-term rental from Marina for the winter and not only did we get a very nice car but also all of our special requests over the months were met with nothing but support and constructive solutions. We were 150% satisfied. I don t think I have experienced anything like this before. In addition to Lagos, they also offer pickup and drop-off at the airport in Faro. Bereits die Reservierung war vollkommen problemlos, per EMail wurde zeitnah und sehr freundlich kommuniziert.
