Bicycles were good, but I have to really advice you not to use their services. Why? Because the care less than zero about your moneys. If you still want to use this company services, never ever pay their deposit by bank card. They make a 200EUR reservation from your bank account (this is normal procedure), but they make it for 30 days. So believe me when I say, you will not get your money back in a long, long time. I contacted them three times via email to right this wrong, and their response was "suffer it". So once again I really ask you to consider if you wanna support this kind of company that is happy to take your money, and then not give it back. And to support their customer service, which is like a finger to your face.

Fantastic experience renting a bike from these guys from start to finish. Took us 5 minutes from walking in the shop to leaving with a scooter that did a great job of getting around Lagos and the surrounding areas. I recommend paying cash for your deposit as sometimes your bank can take a few days for the money to be returned. I used cash and received my deposit back upon return of the bike straight away. Can't fault Motorent at all, brilliant service.

Best scooter and motorbike rental in the Western Algarve. Luis speaks German. Luis is available 24 hours a day. And the best part: hes nice too. Update: This is the third time Ive rented from Luis and Im still thrilled. The Tenere700 is great. But since I had the impression that I had a slow puncture, the machine was exchanged for a BMW F700GS without any problems. Lastly I have a Kymco 350 Superdink Gro Tried the scooter. Takes a bit of getting used to for a motorcyclist, but very well maintained and economical. And Luis is still nice.

Great experience. We rented a 50cc for the weekend at the end of September, we were able to explore the city and surrounding areas without any problems. Very friendly and super helpful owner, just like the man to whom we handed the scooter the next day. The service, the motorbike, the deposit return, everything 5* and without any problems. Service wasnt particularly nice, a mirror was stolen from our scooter for which you then had to pay 25 and ridiculous scratches on the scooter for which you had to pay 20 even though they didnt even come from us. So personally I wouldnt recommend a shop to rent a scooter unless youre interested in paying more money later for things that arent even worth 10 but the owners put the money they charge more into their pockets

Booking was easy and cheap, for 10 days I rented a 125 scooter for 19 euros per day. Easy collection and delivery, cash deposit only. Qualified and kind staff. To get around the Algarve the scooter is the best option in my opinion.

We came to Motorent very spontaneously and were also very flexible in getting a scooter on the same day. The scooter looked great and the contacts on site were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, we didnt make it to the return on time (which was already very generous in terms of time) and it was still absolutely no problem. Highly recommended and gladly again :)
