The staff that I encountered when I picked up the van and when I dropped it off were very professional and friendly. They made the process very easy. I would highly recommend Multi Rental!
Hired a very tidy Mercedes van to collect a couple of bikes from cape sao vicente. Booked online from new zealand 6 weeks earlier. Great friendly service when we sorted the paperwork (all in english) and picked up the van. We dropped the van back after hours. We started to organize a taxi to the restaurant we were going to have dinner at when Pedro approached us. He told us he worked for Multi Rental and was on his way home and did we need a lift to where we were going. I showed Pedro the address and we were soon there, before our guests. Highly appreciated.

My entire rental experience was great. However I had to cut my vacation short due to a family illness and MultiRental would not issue a credit for the five days that I didn't have the car for. In my opinion this was extremely hurtful as I am quite certain they could rent the same car out again.
Excellent service. Met us at the hotel and walked us thru everything. The car was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable! The gentleman that came to the hotel was super nice and very helpful!
David came to my hotel with all the paperwork and made the process very easy. He was very helpful in advice and the car was clean.
As always, the service at Multi Rental was exceptional! They are always very professional, punctual and dependable. I highly recommend them and wouldn't go with another rental agency. They not only rent cars, trucks, but scooters, boats and their latest location provides baggage storage. Love the people, Thank you Ana, Alexandra, Luis, David and of course Pedro!
We rented a car with them and everything was ok. Even when our car stop working, they changed for another one superior quickly and without charge. Very reliable car rental company.
