Gentilezza e onesta! Faccio una premessa. Avevo prenotato online un'auto da Europcar, al ritiro non avevo la carta di credito fisica necessaria al blocco del deposito, ma l'ho solo su Google Pay e Nexi Pay, ma il loro sistema non le accetta. Era specificato e quindi la colpa e mia. Rinuncio all'auto e provo in altre agenzie. Mi reco presso AVIS, li vicino, e anche loro mi dicono che non accettano depositi se non dietro la presentazione di una carta di credito fisica, pero mi indicano un'agenzia locale (Sun cars) a pochi metri da loro (e vicinissima a Europcar!!!) che invece l'accetta. Problema risolto, ma grazie al gentile addetto di AVIS e non a quello professionale, ma assolutamente non empatico e gentile di Europcar. Finita la premessa, torno a Sun cars: sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Ho potuto noleggiare un'ottima auto a un buon prezzo lasciando la cauzione con la carta virtuale su Google Pay. Mi hanno fatto pure un 10% di sconto sul noleggio! Alla riconsegna fanno lo sblocco dei 700 euro di deposito e me ne torno in Italia. Dopo due giorni mi scrivono in Whatsapp dicendo che si erano sbagliati e anziche sbloccare il deposito avevano fatto il prelievo. Gli do le mie coordinate bancarie e mi fanno un bonifico immediatamemte. Che dire... straconsigliattimi!
Kindness and honesty! I'll make a premise. I had booked a car online from Europcar, when I picked it up I didn't have the physical credit card needed to block the deposit, but I only have it on Google Pay and Nexi Pay, but their system doesn't accept them. It was specified and therefore the fault is mine. I give up the car and try other agencies. I go to AVIS, nearby, and they also tell me that they don't accept deposits unless you present a physical credit card, but they point me to a local agency (Sun cars) just a few meters away from them (and very close to Europcar !!!) who instead accepts it. Problem solved, but thanks to the kind AVIS employee and not to the professional, but absolutely not empathetic and kind Europcar one. Having finished the introduction, I return to Sun cars: they were very kind and extremely helpful. I was able to rent a great car at a good price by leaving the deposit with the virtual card on Google Pay. They even gave me a 10% discount on the rental! Upon return, they release the 700 euro deposit and I go back to Italy. After two days they wrote to me on Whatsapp saying that they had made a mistake and instead of unlocking the deposit they had made the withdrawal. I give them my bank details and they make a transfer immediately. What can I say... I highly recommend it!
