SCAM UPDATE - This bold faced thieves, are saying because I made a booking for a Hiace, realised I needed a bigger vehicle, like a coaster, tried to reach them to upgrade after hours due to short notice, then it amounts to forfeiture of my payment for the Hiace. I asked the very rude receptionist what my options were and he told me in plain english, that he cannot do anything - The company decides, I clearly stated I do not intend to cancel as he kept insisting upon a cancellation policy, I asked for my original order if nothing else could be done and he then informed me that they had reassigned the vehicle I booked. (If you had made expenses, then why was the vehicle no longer available to me?) They basically double dipped with me as the victim, took my money, used the car for a new job all before 7am even though my booking was for the whole day. Then they emailed saying they are refunding 50% because I made a mistake, these are the worst types of thieves, the ones who feel they are within their right to steal. A simple change of date and upgrade would have solved the problem, and this company would have gotten more money for their obviously incompetent service given the numerous bad reviews, and clearly idiocy runs all the way to the owner. Don't waste your time dealing with these illiterates! They asked me to delete my comment, I will do no such thing, instead I will continue to report you to every channel possible. After filing at consumer protection, next step: official civil complaint against your company! After that, Social media posts to everyone who will listen, as often as I can remember.
SCAM! They will take your money and not send transportation ... I am excited to tell the whole world about the day light robbery posing as company meanwhile they have no single vehicle.... This is not just a comment of my experience and regret with "Trip a scam" Be prepared to get dragged ..... if other people leave their cash after obtaining under false pretense this time you have scammed the wrong people.
SCAM ALERT! I should have read the reviews before attempting to book this service. This is a scam company, looking for the slightest eventuality to cart away with your money and the phone handler is VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (Wole Abiola via email is delusional, they will use company policy to scam you. The driver is also very rude and entitled and this is a reflection on the owners of this scam company). I booked a full day service at 6pm for the next day (12 hours to pickup), then asked if I could change to a bigger vehicle at about 10pm, did all I could to reach them, they said not available by 5am, I then asked for my original vehicle or date change and they offered me 50% refund because they had reassigned my vehicle stating company policy of 24 hours cancellation when I booked within 12 hours. They reassigned my vehicle before my departure time, and refused to make a full refund. I have been insulted by the driver and phone handler/receptionist for asking for a bigger vehicle? What a poor reflection on the owner, I have fired staff for much less idiocy. This will not end here, I will report this to consumer protection and it's going to go across all social media platforms. Olubunmi Ajao and everyone associated with ownership or management will be mentioned so that changes can be made. In the meantime, you will choke on this order.
