Tive direito pela companhia de seguros a carro de substituicao, nao reparei no contrato e os senhores da agencia informaram me para devolver a viatura apos 5 dias; sendo que a companhia so me oferecia 4 dias. Falta de transparencia, cobranca abusiva apos terminar os dias do contrato oferecido pela companhia de seguros, cobraram me por um unico dia 120EUR, quando fiz pesquisa na mesma Rent a Car, o valor por dia e de 30EUR pela mesma viatura
I was entitled by the insurance company to a replacement car, I didn't pay attention to the contract and the people at the agency told me to return the vehicle after 5 days; The company only offered me 4 days. Lack of transparency, abusive charging after the end of the contract offered by the insurance company, they charged me EUR120 for a single day, when I searched the same Rent a Car, the value per day is EUR30 for the same vehicle
Tres pro comme toujours. Personnels accueillant, reactif et surtout qui ne cherche pas les petites betes lors du retour vehicule. Je recommande cette agence pour une location de vehicule.

Beware scam!!! I picked up a vehicle at the airport on 08/09/2023 at 10:30 p.m. at the counter the person made me sign the rental contract without moving with me to the vehicle which was parked in a very poorly lit car park. The next morning when returning the vehicle I realize that the passenger door has been scratched. I drop off the vehicle in Leiria on 08/10/2023 in the morning saying that it had not been checked by the person at the airport. I was told that I only had to take photos of the vehicle and that I had to pay for the damage that I did not do to the vehicle. Run away they are scammers!!! Cuidado com fraude!!! Retirei um veiculo no aeroporto no dia 09/08/2023 as 22h30 no balcao a pessoa me fez assinar o contrato de aluguel sem se deslocar comigo ate o veiculo que estava estacionado em um estacionamento muito mal iluminado. Na manha seguinte, ao devolver o veiculo, percebo que a porta do passageiro estava arranhada. Deixo o veiculo em Leiria no dia 10/08/2023 pela manha dizendo que nao foi verificado pela pessoa que esta no aeroporto. Disseram-me que so teria que tirar fotos do veiculo e que teria que pagar pelos danos que nao causei ao veiculo. Fuja, eles sao golpistas!!! Attention arnaque !!! J'ai recupere un vehicule a l'aeroport le 09/08/2023 a 22h30 au guichet la personne m'a fait signe le contrat de location sans se deplacer avec moi au vehicule qui etait gare dans un parking tres mal eclaire. Le lendemain matin en rendant le vehicule je me rends compte qu'il a la porte passager raye. Je depose le vehicule a Leiria le 10/08/2023 au matin en disant que celui-ci n'avait pas ete checke par la personne a l'aeroport. On m'a repondu que je n'avais qu'a faire des photos du vehicule et que je devais paye pour les degats que je n'ai pas fait sur le vehicule. Fuyez ce sont des escrocs !!!

Cobram precos a mais nao avisam o cliente a companhia disse que so pagava 110 euros e paguei 410 euros nao atendem o telefone para dar apoio aos clientes, nao recomendo

Tuve un problema con un auto rentado en Lisboa (se paro en la autopista), no solo fueron rudos conmigo sino que tuve que llorar para que me den otro en su lugar. Me cobraron la nafta del coche que no funcionaba ! Ademas....a lot of time wasted and no even apologicies Last time with Avis

Pessimo servico, falta de cuidado com o cliente e de competencia dos colaboradores. Guardem e reservem bem os contratos uma vez que podem vir a ser chamados a pagar por portagens que foram usadas apos devolucao do veiculo. O feedback da AVIS e NULO. Alem de incompetentes tambem nao assumem e corrigem os erros.
