Good thing Europcar exists, EUR300 deposit, the same rental price and it didn't take me 15 minutes to be served Continued good sales, criticism is constructive
Se quiserem ir a um local, que ao vos entregar o carro, mesmo a chover, esta tudo otimo, novo e impecavel, mas que depois na entrega vos analisam o carro a lupa com o intuito de vos cobrar excentricidades por danos minimos que possivelmente nem foram feitos na vossa posse: vao aqui, e desejo-vos boa sorte.
If you want to go to a place where, when they deliver the car to you, even when it's raining, everything is great, new and impeccable, but then upon delivery they analyze the car under a magnifying glass with the intention of charging you eccentricities for minimal damage that may not even be possible. they were made in your possession: go here, and I wish you good luck.
I had an unfortunate issue renting from Grossorent Rent a Car. Since I live in the US I found this issue after returning home from Portugal. Mr. Grosso, the owner, personally took care of my issue and made me a thoroughly satisfied customer. I look forward to using them again when I return to Portugal. Great overall experience.
Rapido e Eficaz! Em menos de 3h consegui alugar um veiculo de 9 lugares para o proprio dia sem qualquer tipo de problemas ou burocracias. Preco justo para a qualidade apresentada. Apesar de ter corrido tudo bem e de recomendar o servico, a minha avaliacao e de 4 estrelas porque na entrega do carro o atendimento ficou aquem e a simpatia tambem.
Fast and Effective! In less than 3 hours I managed to rent a 9-seater vehicle for the day without any problems or bureaucracy. Fair price for the quality presented. Even though everything went well and I recommend the service, my rating is 4 stars because when the car was delivered, the service fell short, as did the friendliness.
Grossorent made my Weekend. When few other big rentals declined my requests or even needed 8 hours for confirmation, because the cars are always somewhere else at central stations and not at the smaller branches. But not at Grossorent. I even come 5 min after closing time, but the friendly staff helped me out. Gave me a brand new transporter for my movement. And even for a great Price. Thank you and I will come again, when I have a need to rent me another car.
