Apesar de o atendimento ser bom e os precos bastante acessiveis, quando preciso de alguma informacao o numero de telefone que disponibilizam simplesmente nao funciona.

Disponibilizaram um veiculo que segundo o PDF,se encontrava em bom estado, qual o espanto quando se estaciona o veiculo e ao encerrar o mesmo com o comando,se verifica que o para-choques,se encontrava partido e riscado. A situacao nao teve qualquer consequencia, pois foi enviado de imediato um mail, acompanhado com fotos a dar conhecimento da situacao. Atribuo tambem algumas culpas a mim, pois deveria ter feito uma avaliacao do veiculo com o funcionario. Outra situacao desagradavel, nao nos e fornecido a informacao correta do aluguer, como o fato de que a caucao se for feita com cartao de debito, eles ficam com o nosso dinheiro durante 20 dias!!!! Inadmissivel.

I also attribute some blame to myself, as I should have carried out an assessment of the vehicle with the employee. Another unpleasant situation, we are not provided with the correct rental information, such as the fact that if the deposit is made with a debit card, they keep our money for 20 days!!!! Inadmissible.
Falha tecnica do carro que nos custou caro em combustivel e apesar da simpatia do atendimento so nos sabem dizer que tem que faturar se o indicador de gasolina nao estiver cheio apesar de estar provado a avaria pois nao e na agencia que alguem pode verificar ou aprovar
Technical failure of the car that cost us a lot in fuel and despite the friendliness of the service, they only know how to tell us that we have to invoice if the gas gauge is not full despite the fault being proven as it is not at the agency that anyone can check or approve
