Horrible service. A nightmare. Not a single delivery without an issue. Confused, missing items, missing deliveries, missing refunds, no notifications and contacts from ikea side. You'll have to manage all by yourself, every call 40 minutes - 1,5 hours, so be sure you have unlimited calls. But the best option is not to buy anything here at all. They just uncapable of doing things right.

A well price and organized priced furniture store. I have shopped in a number of Ikea stores but I found this location to be the most spacious. They also have a very good clearance section near the checkout area. Don't miss it. The cafeteria is also very nice. Plus they have clean bathrooms and ample free parking.

Super frustrating the fact they don't provide glue tape or a cord neither at the till nor at costumer service, to a Motorbike client asking it to be able to close the rucksack. Along with increasing hefty prices (Vs Temu n others) this lack of basic support makes me think this is a changing moment to cease to continue to be a good client and provide my costumer fidelity to other more supportive company. Really deception for a really small request of support.

A big, very Ikea store, lots of different products, a very affordable restaurant that offers lunch, and early dinner options. A kids playland, the demos setups are very helpful for evaluations of products in specific settings. A lot of public parking spaces, as well as click and collect options. At the entrance, you find cheap fast food (hot dogs and pizza) and a small supermarket of Swedish food. Returns and exchanges are made on the entrance floor. Furniture pricing is not cheap but fair and designed better than expected.

**** Watch Out**** I have always been a loyal customer of IKEA up until the last incident. I bought a wardrobe and as usual, I was trying to assemble it with my boyfriend following all the instructions in the manual. At first, we felt the item lacked quality but we were oblivious considering we had always gotten stuff from IKEA. All the items felt weak and half way through assembly, the wardrobe snapped and fell on my foot. We tried to reach out to IKEA support, and after 8 days, their reply was that it is our problem and they cannot do anything about it. IKEA quality has deteriorated, and their support proved to be as bad as the quality. Never again!

The worst Ikea Ive ever been to. My family and I entered the store with a small dog (3 kg) in a bag. We cant leave it at home. After 20 minutes, a security guard came and asked us to leave the store. We refused all our requests to leave and pay for the goods we had already bought, although we were already at the end of the store. I would really like the administration to review the rules for visiting. Since in other countries the rules allowed visiting with dogs.

On September 29th, an employee of the company subcontracted by IKEA, to manage the parking lot at the Alfragide store, negligently collided with my car, with a train of shopping carts when I was looking for of parking. Ive been a customer since the opening, Ive never been missing a piece, a screw from any product. The staff are all very helpful. The return experience is very bad. I tried to make an express return and it didnt work, they called my password number and I still hadnt been able to make a return through the app. The employee said to keep trying until you accept it. Nothing done, I tried with 2 invoices and I couldnt. Result I had to get a new return password and now I have 60 numbers in front of me!

Good morning ! After the terrible experience of buying a 600 ( 595) sofa and hiring collection, assembly and transport. I have to say that 23 days in advance the sofa arrived outside the time window (2pm-6pm) and arrived at approximately 7:15pm. And a day later a promotion starts in which the sofa costs 130 less. Yesterday I went there to find out if they would refund the 130 on a gift card to spend in the store, since I hadnt even had the sofa for 1 day and I paid for everything 23 days in advance. They told me that I would have to bring it back so that they could refund me the amount so I could buy it for less than 130! The way this is done is ridiculous, even though I think the 365 days of being able to return the item is interesting (Ive never done it and I have some doubts about the practicality of this for ikea or the customer, I believe it exists and I dont know in what form) I think it should this exists... or maybe it will only be resolved one day with due law. Unfortunately, I will no longer use this company as much as it has been losing quality in construction as well as policies. Health to all

I simply love this place. Beautiful, tasteful and affordable decoration for the home and office. It has a large restaurant where you can enjoy meatballs, salmon and many other things at a super affordable price. You can also find fruits, pies, hot dogs, coffee and much more. I often just go to the restaurant for an apple fritter or almond tart with a coffee. Simply unmissable.

For anyone who has to buy products that are not available in the main store and has to go to Click and Collect, prepare yourself for a hellish experience. Firstly, it is not clear why a simple sofa cover, an item much smaller than many of the pieces of furniture found in the main stores warehouse, is found outside the main building. Secondly, the order is only processed after we pay, so after the final purchase we have to wait. But the real feast comes when we have to wait for the order: we spent 1h30 waiting, with the Click and Collect app and screen indicating that the order was being prepared. During the first hour, the order number always appeared on the screen and then it started to disappear, but it continued to appear in the same state in the app. After another 30 minutes, in which it both appeared on the screen and then returned, I went to ask why we had been waiting so long, and was told that it had been ready for over an hour. Now, I asked how this could be if the number continued to appear as being in preparation. Having said that, I was promptly informed that there was a problem with the app. I assume the same extends to the screens they have there! Bad, bad, bad.

Em segundo lugar, o pedido so e processado depois de pagarmos, pelo que depois da compra final temos de esperar. Mas o verdadeiro festim vem quando temos de esperar pela encomenda: ficamos 1h30 a espera, com a indicacao na app e no ecra do Click and Collect de que a encomenda estava a ser preparada. Durante a primeira hora, o numero da encomenda aparecia sempre no ecra e depois comecou a desaparecer, mas continuava a aparecer no mesmo estado na app. Depois de mais 30 minutos, em que tanto aparecia no ecra como depois voltava, fui perguntar porque estavamos a espera ha tanto tempo, ao que me foi dito que ja estava preparada ha mais de uma hora. Ora, perguntei como poderia ser isso se o numero continuava a aparecer como estando em preparacao. Posto isto fui prontamente informada de que havia um problema na app. Presumo que o mesmo se estenda aos ecras que eles la tem! Pessimo, pessimo, pessimo.
