Se pensam fazer um contrato de renting a titulo individual, pensem duas vezes. E nao o facam. O processo de devolucao da viatura e um filme de terror e acabam a cobrar-vos o impensavel. Nem mesmo o seu proprio Guia de Uso Normal e Prudente cumprem devidamente e aproveitam-se da posicao de fragilidade do cliente para extorquir dinheiro.
If you are thinking about entering into a renting contract on an individual basis, think twice. And don't do it. The process of returning the vehicle is a horror movie and they end up charging you the unthinkable. They do not even comply with their own Normal and Prudent Use Guide and take advantage of the client's weak position to extort money.
Nao tenho por habito dar avaliacoes na internet, mas apos esta experiencia de pouco mais de um ano com a ALD / Leasys senti-me obrigado a o fazer, venho confirmar a maior parte de todos os comentarios negativos que se fazem ler nas criticas de outros clientes, tivemos uma viatura para a empresa com a ALD e sinceramente, mau, do principio ao fim, sendo o final a pior parte aquando a entrega da viatura em fim de contrato, cobram valores por danos que ja eram existentes na viatura que nos foi entregue ja bastante marcada pelo antigo utilizador, e que na altura da entrega foi prontamente referido por nos. Apos pedir-mos as fotos da ultima pre-inspecao feita antes de nos ser entregue a viatura simplesmente ignoram esse pedido, fornecendo apenas o auto de entrega que e feito muito a pressa por um funcionario deles marcando cruzes em um desenho croqui e com pouca precisao no sitio dos danos (que eram ja imensos). Tenham atencao com este tipo de contratos renting, nem sempre acaba por compensar.
I'm not in the habit of giving reviews on the internet, but after this experience of just over a year with ALD / Leasys I felt obliged to do so, I come to confirm most of all the negative comments that can be read in reviews from other customers , we had a vehicle for the company with ALD and honestly, bad, from beginning to end, the end being the worst part when the vehicle is delivered at the end of the contract, they charge amounts for damages that were already present in the vehicle that was delivered to us already marked by former user, and which at the time of delivery was promptly mentioned by us. After asking us for photos of the last pre-inspection carried out before the vehicle was delivered to us, they simply ignored this request, providing only the delivery report, which was done very hastily by one of their employees marking crosses on a sketch drawing with little precision. at the site of the damage (which was already immense). Be careful with this type of renting contract, it doesn't always end up paying off.
Empresa pessima na resolucao dos problemas. Tipico trabalho de pessoas que nao querem fidelizar cliente ou ter boa reputacao. Estou a 2 meses tentando conseguir a 2ovia do Veiculo e ate agora a unica coisa que fizeram foi me mandar esperar! Tenho o carro parado sem as manutencoes porque nao posso circular sem documentacao. No site oficial diz que o prazo e 48h para o conseguir, e com urgencia ate no mesmo dia. E eu?? Sigo a esperar mais de 60 dias com a unica indicacao de que devo ligar todos os dias! Conselho? Passem LONGE desta empresa!! Lastimavel!
Company terrible at resolving problems. Typical work of people who don't want to retain customers or have a good reputation. I've been trying to get a second copy of the vehicle for 2 months and so far the only thing they've done is tell me to wait! I have the car parked without maintenance because I cannot drive without documentation. On the official website it says that the deadline is 48 hours to obtain it, and urgently even on the same day. And me?? I continue to wait more than 60 days with the only indication that I have to call every day! Advice? STEP AWAY from this company!! Pitiful!
Tentamos estabelecer um contrato de aluguel de carros em nome da nossa empresa, mas a experiencia foi frustrante devido a falta de orientacao para o cliente. O processo de negociacao do contrato estendeu-se por duas semanas, durante as quais nos foram solicitados repetidamente novos documentos, e as respostas aos nossos e-mails demoravam dias. Apesar de nao haver uma recusa direta, a impressao que ficou e que o servico nao esta interessado em estabelecer parcerias, mas sim em encontrar falhas. Desaconselho fortemente a utilizacao deste servico.
We attempted to establish a car rental agreement in our company's name, but the experience was frustrating due to the lack of customer guidance. The contract negotiation process lasted two weeks, during which we were repeatedly asked for new documents, and responses to our emails took days. Although there was no direct refusal, the impression left is that the service is not interested in establishing partnerships, but rather in finding faults. I strongly advise against using this service.
I am writing this comment to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with ALD Automotive Portugal and to warn other potential customers about the deplorable service they can expect from this company. My recent encounter with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it is my responsibility to bring to light the numerous issues I have faced as a customer. The first and most glaring problem was the excessively long time I had to wait to receive the rental car. Despite making a reservation well in advance, I have been waiting for over 20 days, and to this date, there is no indication of when the car will be delivered. The lack of communication regarding the expected delivery date is inexcusable and has caused considerable inconvenience in both my personal and professional life. Adding to the frustration, the company finalized a contract without having the car available for immediate use. This baffling practice raises serious questions about their business ethics and their commitment to fulfilling their promises to customers. It is utterly unprofessional to engage in such practices and to disregard the implications it has on the customers who rely on their services. Furthermore, the customer service I encountered during this ordeal was woefully inadequate. Each attempt to seek updates or express my concerns was met with indifference and vague responses from the company's representatives. The lack of empathy and the dismissive attitude towards customers' concerns further compounded the distress caused by the delays. Based on my own experience, it is evident that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or uphold the basic principles of responsible business conduct. To summarize, I caution against using ALD Automotive Portugal due to the following reasons: Excessive waiting times without any clear indication of when the car will be delivered. Finalizing contracts without having the car available for immediate use. Poor customer service and lack of responsiveness to customer concerns.

Terrible. Dealing with them will take years off your life.
An appalling company. Do not go near. Unprofessional and unscrupulous in every way and will take every euro it can. The good reviews here are very suspicious. Be warned.
