Se pensam fazer um contrato de renting a titulo individual, pensem duas vezes. E nao o facam. O processo de devolucao da viatura e um filme de terror e acabam a cobrar-vos o impensavel. Nem mesmo o seu proprio Guia de Uso Normal e Prudente cumprem devidamente e aproveitam-se da posicao de fragilidade do cliente para extorquir dinheiro.

Nao tenho por habito dar avaliacoes na internet, mas apos esta experiencia de pouco mais de um ano com a ALD / Leasys senti-me obrigado a o fazer, venho confirmar a maior parte de todos os comentarios negativos que se fazem ler nas criticas de outros clientes, tivemos uma viatura para a empresa com a ALD e sinceramente, mau, do principio ao fim, sendo o final a pior parte aquando a entrega da viatura em fim de contrato, cobram valores por danos que ja eram existentes na viatura que nos foi entregue ja bastante marcada pelo antigo utilizador, e que na altura da entrega foi prontamente referido por nos. Apos pedir-mos as fotos da ultima pre-inspecao feita antes de nos ser entregue a viatura simplesmente ignoram esse pedido, fornecendo apenas o auto de entrega que e feito muito a pressa por um funcionario deles marcando cruzes em um desenho croqui e com pouca precisao no sitio dos danos (que eram ja imensos). Tenham atencao com este tipo de contratos renting, nem sempre acaba por compensar.

Empresa pessima na resolucao dos problemas. Tipico trabalho de pessoas que nao querem fidelizar cliente ou ter boa reputacao. Estou a 2 meses tentando conseguir a 2ovia do Veiculo e ate agora a unica coisa que fizeram foi me mandar esperar! Tenho o carro parado sem as manutencoes porque nao posso circular sem documentacao. No site oficial diz que o prazo e 48h para o conseguir, e com urgencia ate no mesmo dia. E eu?? Sigo a esperar mais de 60 dias com a unica indicacao de que devo ligar todos os dias! Conselho? Passem LONGE desta empresa!! Lastimavel!

Tentamos estabelecer um contrato de aluguel de carros em nome da nossa empresa, mas a experiencia foi frustrante devido a falta de orientacao para o cliente. O processo de negociacao do contrato estendeu-se por duas semanas, durante as quais nos foram solicitados repetidamente novos documentos, e as respostas aos nossos e-mails demoravam dias. The lack of communication regarding the expected delivery date is inexcusable and has caused considerable inconvenience in both my personal and professional life. Adding to the frustration, the company finalized a contract without having the car available for immediate use. This baffling practice raises serious questions about their business ethics and their commitment to fulfilling their promises to customers. It is utterly unprofessional to engage in such practices and to disregard the implications it has on the customers who rely on their services. Furthermore, the customer service I encountered during this ordeal was woefully inadequate. Each attempt to seek updates or express my concerns was met with indifference and vague responses from the company's representatives. The lack of empathy and the dismissive attitude towards customers' concerns further compounded the distress caused by the delays. Based on my own experience, it is evident that this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or uphold the basic principles of responsible business conduct. One of the worst services Ive ever worked in Portugal. There are friendly people who help you so as not to solve your problem. Ive been waiting for 2 months for the 2nd copy of the vehicle document and so far the only indication I have is that I should call every day to complain! The official website states that the document will be ready in 48 hours and if it is urgent, even on the same day, but apparently they cannot be efficient! A real barbarity!

BAD customer service. They try everything to save a few euros; they try to go against a workshops initial resolution proposal and first try cheap alternative means (which force the customer to wait for the vehicle). Lengthy approval time (and only until 6pm). They dont want anything to do with the customer, whether its the same waiting time or a replacement vehicle. Even when changing tires, even when the workshop says they are no longer in good condition and an intervention had been carried out on the car to change them. ALD does not authorize it, it must be within the legal parameters to do so. The important thing for them is to save as much as possible. There is no sensitivity towards the customer. And if the person is satisfied and well served. Poor service. I dont recommend it (be careful with the positive reviews out there, they seem suspicious to me).

Tentam de tudo para poupar uns euros; tentam ir contra a proposta inicial de resolucao de uma oficina e tentam primeiro meios alternativos baratos (que obriga o cliente a esperar pela viatura). Tempo de aprovacao demorado (e apenas ate as 18h). Nao querem saber do cliente para nada, seja com este mesmo tempo de espera, ou com viatura de substituicao. Ate na troca de pneus, mesmo quando a oficina diz que ja nao estao em condicoes e ja que se tinha ido fazer uma intervencao ao carro, para trocar os mesmos. A ALD nao autoriza tem de estar dentro dos parametros legais para tal . O importante para eles e poupar o maximo. Nao ha sensibilidade para com o cliente. E se o mesmo esta satisfeito e bem servido. Fraco atendimento. Nao recomendo (cuidado com as reviews positivas que andam por ai, parecem-me suspeitas).

A falta de comunicacao sobre a data prevista para o parto e indesculpavel e tem causado transtornos consideraveis na minha vida pessoal e profissional. Para aumentar a frustracao, a empresa fechou um contrato sem ter o carro disponivel para uso imediato. Essa pratica desconcertante levanta serias questoes sobre sua etica nos negocios e seu compromisso em cumprir suas promessas aos clientes. E totalmente antiprofissional envolver-se em tais praticas e desconsiderar as implicacoes que isso tem sobre os clientes que confiam em seus servicos. Alem disso, o atendimento ao cliente que encontrei durante essa provacao foi lamentavelmente inadequado. Cada tentativa de buscar atualizacoes ou expressar minhas preocupacoes foi recebida com indiferenca e respostas vagas dos representantes da empresa. A falta de empatia e a atitude de desprezo em relacao as preocupacoes dos clientes agravaram ainda mais a angustia causada pelos atrasos. Com base em minha propria experiencia, e evidente que esta empresa nao prioriza a satisfacao do cliente nem defende os principios basicos da conduta empresarial responsavel. Resumindo, alerto contra a utilizacao da ALD Automotive Portugal pelas seguintes razoes: Tempos de espera excessivos sem indicacao clara de quando o carro sera entregue. I have a service car from this company, its simply horrible! I need to change the cars headlights, which are not good (said during the inspection and reaffirmed by the workshop) and stall, Mr. Roady exchanged more than 10 emails with them and nothing. They dont authorize it. I dont recommend it!!
