Positive: The service (Mrs. Marisa Vicente) and explanations to questions I raised by the Technician (whose name I dont know). Negatives: The difference in labor cost/hour between identical intervention in Oct.2022 (1st review) and Oct.2023 (2nd review). Going from 55.00+VAT in 2022 to 100.00+VAT in 2023 is not easy to accept, whatever the explanation you give!

I appreciated the punctuality in the delivery of the vehicle and the availability of the staff, particularly the receptionist. I didnt like the Centres telephone service, because in reality it doesnt exist (calls are not answered).

Very positive experience. Short waiting time, clean and organized facilities. Employee who provided the service, competent and proactive. It was raining when I left and he offered to lend me his umbrella as I didnt have one. Only tip: maybe put a few more sofas at the reception!
