I can definitely recommend it, everything went really well and the service was friendly. I hired a car for two weeks in Lisbon. You are picked up from the airport and taken to the station and you get your car.

The BEST customer service. Reasonably priced. I made a huge mistake 15 minutes after leaving their center by accidentally putting in the wrong type of fuel into the car. They came out and changed the car themselves. Gave me a different car. Didn't overcharge me for the filter replacement.
We rented a car, it was affordable and the fast. The service was very good and professional.
First of all, I would like to say that the service was really good, the price was awesome for high season and the car was affordable and nice for category D. Moreover, I got a reply really fast soon after I made the reservation. Last but not least, I really appreciate the fact that they didn't block any deposit from my card. They only kept the card details. I totally recommend this rent a car!
I guess you get what you pay for. We rented a car with them twice. It was on short notice (2 days before the trip) and nothing else was available. They give you a car with completely empty tank and you can return it the same way. Not sure if they have a deal with the nearest gas station or they need to cheap out on the extra fuel that most people will return the car with. We have small kids, so needed to rent the car seats as well. I marked it on the form online, but nobody prepared any seats, both times. The first time the car seat we got for our 2 year old was ~20 year old piece worth for trash. Completely filthy and disgusting, covered in dust, sand, residues of bodily fluids and literally falling apart (polyuretane foam that cushion the seat was falling off in many places, because of age deterioration). We didn't have a choice so I reluctantly put my daughter in there and hoped she would survive. The second time I brought my own seat for her, given the experience above. The booster seat was ok both times. Both times the cars had around 100 000 km on the clock, but felt as if they had 3 times as much. Mechanically neglected. The first car showed me oil engine light after 20km of driving. I decided to ignore it and the car worked until the return, but it was stressful. The second car had problems with gears, finding the 5th gear felt like fishing and sometimes took me 5 tries to get it done. Both cars had wobbly suspension, not enough pressure in the tyres and a lot of scratches and little dents. The cars have the cheapest trim, so there might be just FM radio and 12V socket. Bring your own nav and charger. Would not recommend renting without full coverage, as I don't trust them putting the blame for scratches on you. The first time I also needed to wait 30 minutes until the car was cleaned. All in all I give 2 stars because they had cars available on short notice and the interior was clean. They got the job done and drove us where we needed. But if there was other company with cars available, I would not go back.
Don't ignore the 1 reviews.... I went for this company as seemed less expensive. You truly get what you pay for. Firstly the car was handed to me with an empty tank even though the online booking said would be full. When questioned about this the rep was really quite rude and said basically they ignore what the conditions of online booking say and do what they want. The car itself is a basic Fiat Panda (not a problem as I knew it would be a 4 seater), but ancient with a basic radio and no sat nav. What is really not ok is to discover on returning from a restaurant at night down country roads that the lights don't work except for the full beam, and being stopped by the local police (who were actually super helpful and escorted me back to my accommodation to avoid an accident, whilst advising me to contact the rental company as they had given me a car that is unsafe to drive). On calling the office this morning regarding the issue I was met with arrogance and disdain. The very rude female staff member said firstly it's not illegal for a car to have no lights (!), they would not have given out a car in that condition, "it's your word against mine" (those actual words!) with no sign of remorse for the state of the car they have given an unsuspecting client. A request for a refund for part of the eye-watering EUR800 I've paid was met with a laughing "no" and I was told to bring the car back to the airport (1 hour drive away from where I am staying) for them to "have a look", or even more laughable, to take it to a garage myself to get it fixed. Terrible car, really shocking complete lack of customer service. Never. Again. Use this company at your peril!
This was a hassle free experience, the staff was helpful (I called in advance to check the availability of car), the car was in good condition and there were no extra charges when returning it (I did have the full coverage). Also this was the only car rent place that had vehicles available on short notice, others were fully booked. Overall I can recommend it!
