Car Hire in Lisbon

The wait to get the car was very long. Staff didn't seem to be in any hurry to work down the line. Apparently the gas wasn't recorded correctly. I prepaid the tank so I didn't have to worry about finding a gas station on the way to the airport. The agent didn't put it on the order that way. Irritating but as luck would have it we brought the car back nearly full anyway so I didn't pay anything extra. The return attendant was difficult to deal with but it ended up fine. The price was right and the car was a pleasure to drive so attendants aside, it was fine.

Shuttle service excellant , easy , & friendly service

Very competent car rental, Line was about 5 people when i got there but still got through it all in about 20min. Car was clean and ran well. Returning was extremely easy, just park the car and go.

Pessimo servizio, bloccati i soldi, nonostante piu volte, era stato chiesto se era necessario pagare la franchigia della macchina. Nella giornata di Sabato, sono stati bloccati 30 euro, e alla fine del noleggio, nella giornata di lunedi, sono stati prelevati in quanto la macchina era "sporca" di sabbia. Peccato che in fase di contratto non viene spiegata questa clausola contrattuale. Sicuramente sara la prima ed ultima volta che utilizzeremo questo servizio di autonoleggio. Pessimo e scadente. Lo sconsiglio vivamente! Saluti
