Wonderful stadium! Along with the ticket to visit it, there are guided tours both in English and Portuguese (you don't pay anything extra apart from your ticket)
Amazing venue full of great history for football enthusiasts like me. Benfica is alongside Porto, the biggest team in Portugal, and since I was visiting Lisbo,n, I didn't wanna miss the chance of coming here, and what a great choice. The stadium is amazing & well-maintained; Benfica supporters are very civilized and welcoming to tourists. The stadium is very easy to reach, and the entrance was flawless, despite another stadium from the biggest teams. After all, Benfica won, it was a great experience there.
Very fun experience! We came to watch a Benfica Vs Atletico UCL game and so happy we did. The fan base was unbelievable with everyone engaged in the action. Fans arrive hours early to celebrate the game. Benfica ended up winning 4-0 and the crowd was unbelievable!
Went to watch Rondaldo play live before he retires. We went to the mall nearby to hang out before the game but of course we couldn't shop a lot because only small bags can be taken. But then we forgot that we can leave our stuff in lockers then take them after. You aren't allowed many things so to be safe pass by these lockers and ask. The family atmosphere and so many kids so it felt safe. Not many people smoking unlike in other countries like Germany. Waiting time to get in not to long if you go early. Nosebleed seats were only EUR25 but super steep. We were in the topmost. Quite a work out to get to. We had a lot of fun watching the game. Ronaldo is really a hero of Portugal.
Was super excited to see Ronaldo play here. Super clean bathroom facilities. Perhaps additional half time bar options would be helpful since I stood in line all of halftime and 5 min into second half for waters. Thank you
An amazing experience. You should visit the stadium during a match, as before the game, outside the stadium there is a fan day, where you can enjoy various snacks, beers. The atmosphere inside during the game was absolutely perfect.
You can buy tickets in Kiosk, or online. They have a great in house guides, and excellent service. Don't have lockers, but can keep helmet's at the entrance gate of the stadium. A great experience for foot ball maniacs
When you visit the stadium, you start to understand why Benfica, produced so many talented footballers. The young players train directly outside the stadium so their dreams start there. We then did the stadium tour which was amazing, to see the stadium, the eagles, the trophies just the heritage of the club is amazing. The tour guide was amazing she was very knowledgeable and had a huge passion for benfica.
