Friendly and helpful stuff, cute little Panda was the car (quite cheap), and the best was that they let us not to secure the rent with credit card but with cash :) We forgot to fill up the tank when we returned the car. They were understanding, didn't say a bad word and charged us a reasonable price. Thank you very much!!
Very disappointed with their customer service. My sister and I recently rented two vehicles for a day trip while in Lisbon. One of our vehicle's had a serious engine issue. We were left waiting for over two hours for a tow truck, and then another two hours for a taxi to drive us to another site 45 minutes out of the way to pick up a different vehicle. We were told management would contact us to offer some type of price adjustment/refund for our terrible experience. I have sinced reached out multiple times and have not been contacted by anyone. Response: No fuel was put in this vehicle. The engine issue occurred approximately 80km after leaving the your facility.
The staff here is absolutely helpful and nice. It is in the central part of Lisbon so book here if you need a car from the center. No queue and long lines. I couldn't have the zero responsibility insurance so we checked the car together to agree on previous scratches etc. My trip from Lisbon to Lagos was perfect. The car was perfect. I had no problems when I returned the car. Fee was cheap. I had a very positive experience.
Rented a car from here for 3 days. Quick and pleasant to rent. The car worked good, with no problems. Great value for money. We were able to rent without a credit card. Upon return of the car, we received our money back, minus some highway charges, but that is to be expected. Overall a great experience, and highly recommended!
We booked cars there dozen times. Every time it's a good experience. I like their cars (especially beautiful smarts ) and nice service. Through 3+ years we do not have any problems with Good Rent at all . They always very helpful, can make a discount, upgrade a car with no charge, help to resolve issues with parking penalty (oops, be careful at Troia). I saw some bad reviews about charging hell-know-why, but it's just road with tolls you've pass. Some roads have tickets and you pay them right away, some roads just scan car's plate and send bill afterwards. You can avoid them by choosing google map option 'avoid tolls'.
Paid 245 euros for 7 days of renting Fiat Punto. Car was in a good condition. Child seat was given for free. They have possibility to rent a car only with debit card (and that was crucial for me). Would recommend.
We chose this because of the good reviews, and we weren't deceived. They upgraded our car at no cost because we rented it for six days and they preferred to lend us a car with less mileage. They don't charge for a second driver and for unneeded insurances, and they let us return the car on Sunday, with no extra costs, near the airport (with a free lift to the airport included). Best rent-a-car experience I've ever had.
This is one of the car rental companies in Lisbon you can be sure it's going to provide excellent services at good prices. We ( me and my girlfriend) rented a car for 5 days, they gave us a brand new fiat punto (2000 km only) for a very decent price. The process of actually renting the car was easy (it took max 20 minutes), the people there were helpful. When we left the car at their office, they provided free transport to the airport. Totally recommending this company for anyone renting a car in Lisbon!
