Went in today, service was terrible; the three sales people did not greet me as I entered and did not assist me when wanting to make a purchase. I have many friends in Sydney who travel frequently and I will be telling them not to come to this store.

The cashiers acted like it was a bother to answer questions and ring me up. Be very careful using a card. I took the option to pay in Euro but it charged for the currency conversion which cost an extra 5-6$!

From merchandising, helmets, jackets, t-shirts, parts... and of course, the spectacular and latest motorcycle models from the legendary Harley Davidson. The staff is friendly and available. This characteristic also applies to the entire workshop team (on the lower floor of the store), and the level of demand and professionalism that defines them is clearly perceived. While the HD Concession in Algarve is excellent, they helped us out with a clutch problem on a 11-Bike from the RoadTrip Disassembly and Adjustment and 0 yes Zero Euro, the one from Lisbon with a torn tire, they were reluctant to make the change (30 mins). We had to insist on having it the next day at the end of the morning and the bill 480 Euros because in addition they redid the oil level not necessary but invoiced. Here is the beautiful image of Harley-Davidson Lisbon.

I am an owner and fan of the Harley Davison brand. I always try to visit HD stores in the countries I visit. Harley Davidson generally has great service, but of all the ones Ive seen in other countries, the one in Lisbon was the one with the worst service. I went in and looked around the entire store and left without being served by anyone.
