Great service. However the walls between the rooms are so thin in both vertical and horizontal direction. It's quite far from the main old town area but I guess that comes with the price.

We arrived and immediately were told we were upgraded to floor 9 with a balcony. This was a good start. We stayed for 3 nights and were delighted with our choice of Lisbon hotel. The staff were all cheerful, gave us first class service and helped us to have an enjoyable experience. Our room was spacious and contained a refrigerator and drink making facilities, as well as all the other usual facilities you would normally expect. The shower was perfect and easy to control,The breakfast was well worth the 12 euro charge. One of the reception staff in particular, Guilherme, was always smiling and amazingly helpful. Nothing was not too much trouble for him and he even sorted out our boarding passes!
Very nice centrally located hotel with access to many public transport stops. The room was big and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are big and the price is reasonable. Only downside is that the bathroom shower had a lot of mold.
Overall stay was good. People working there are nice and helpful.||The location is amazing!||They could do more on the cleanliness... I saw a stain on the floor that stayed there for the whole stay, tried to clean it a bit, and it was indeed removable with water! so, I'm not sure if the floor is mopped with water during the stay... and i've stayed for 6 nights...
The room 1008 was big, cozy, with stunning view. The bed, mattress and pillows were awesome. Breakfast is very good. The cocktail from the bar was really nice. The metro station is close. The stuff was very friendly, they need some practice in English though
We needed a hotel for our last night in Lisbon and we booked the room with the terrace. It was super spacious! We had the corner room (1008) and I would definitely stay here again. Bathroom was modern and very big! Room was clean. Elevators are tiny and only fit one person if you have luggage with you.
The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from the nearest subway/metro stop. There are a number of pleasant restaurants in walking distance, and a cafe just across the street that opens at 6 am. The front desk was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with daily cleaning and changing of towels. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with plenty of offerings both hot and cold. In summary ... good value in a central location.
