Only one member of staff dealing with collections and returns! Don't bother order online for collection, is quicker to go to the store, collect from the shelf and pay at the Cash desk.

Delivery within 72 hours. No way. At the moment I am waiting for 168 hours and still have no answer after 3 calls in 1 week. No idea when the material will be delivered and no one can tell me. The material is ready for transport. Second time this is happening with us with delivery by Leroy. 2 times tried, 2 times very bad. No communication, no initiative. You answered me with a link. Also that link is not operating!! It is going very well. Just send me a personal email adress!! All other IT systems at Leroy does not work.

I bought a machine (spray pump) on the second use I realized that it had a hole in the central pipe. Having been there for less than 1 week, I obviously went to return it and was faced with not being able to return it because it had to be repaired and I was forced to keep the machine. I paid for a new one and they wanted me to have a repaired one, anyway... Of course that wasnt the biggest problem, the real problem was that I waited months for the repair and the machine was destroyed, even wet with rust, being electrical equipment! to the point where they had to send it back and still nothing has been resolved! Here are photos of the equipment as it came back... the best of all is the terrible service from the manager who doesnt care about customer satisfaction, he was laughing in our faces in front of us Dont buy from this store

Tendo ha menos de 1 semana obviamente fui levar nas devolucoes ao qual fui confrontada em nao poder devolver que tinha que ir para reparo e eu era obrigada a ficar com a maquina. Paguei uma nova e queriam que eu ficasse com uma reparada, Enfim... Claro que isso nao foi o maior problema, o problema real foi ter esperado meses o reparo e a maquina ter vindo destruida, inclusive molhada com ferrugem , sendo equipamento electrico! ao ponto de terem que mandar para tras e ate hj nada resolvido! Fica aqui as fotos do equipamento como voltou.. o melhor de tudo e o pessimo atendimento do gerente que se esta nas tintas com a satisfacao do cliente, esteve rindo da nossa cara a nossa frente Nao comprem nessa loja

Picking up orders in store is regrettable! 45 minutes waiting, with an appointment and no one in front, to pick up a heater that was already packed. When they finally deign to hand it over, they dont even bring it to the door, instead... they leave it as far away as possible! Definitely one to forget.
