The worst experience ever!! First of all, they informed us at last minutes that the location to pick the car up was different than the address of the rental agency. Once we arrived there, we had to pay only in cash and they gave us a car without a radio and a charger. We waited 1 hour to get another car that it wasn't clean, without fuel and It showed some engine indicators. At the end of the day we returned the car with more fuel than we got and we asked for a refund and they didn't answer! Zero professional!!

Great service, the best rental place in Portugal. Izaura helped me when I had accidentally filled up with diesel instead of gasoline. She took care of everything for me and I was back on the road within the hour because of her quick response and network of people she knows. I highly recommend madlobos and Izaura her service.

Great cars and service! I have been a customer for a long time and I never had issues. It's one of the few (if not the only) rental that does not require a credit card. Also good communication and easy pick up and drop-off. Recommended!

Excellent service! I called their number, they made a booking very fast and easy. You can just reserve, pay and drive. Very simple and stress-free, there are no stupid complications like having to give your credit card with name engraved on it. Very very good price, specially when compared to other car rental companies. It included extra driver, insurance against scratches, etc, which really makes you feel comfortable with renting the car. The customer support was very good and the people who I talked with during the rental process were helpful, straightforward, polite and gave all necessary information. Other car rental companies took a month to reply to me and Madlobos answered in less than a day. They were also very flexible with returning the car back to them. At the end of the day and of my trip, I was very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommended for Erasmus students as well because they have a special partnership discount! Will definitely come back and rent from them again for my next trips.

The best customer service ever! We mixed unleaded fuel and diesel and the car stopped running in the highway, and the car agency immediately helped. The agency organised the towing of the car, the taxi from the highway and gave us a new car, everything for a bargain price. Diogo at the shop was super friendly and helpful!

TO RUN AWAY! We went through this rental agency a year ago now. In all our lives we have never witnessed such catastrophic service. The employee Diogo arrived about thirty minutes late but above all he was very aggressive and he started insulting me and my girlfriend for at least 20 minutes, for no reason because we were very calm. We didnt say anything at the time because we needed the car but I have never felt so humiliated. I am Franco-Portuguese and that day I was really ashamed of my country of heart. I didnt want to give bad reviews at the time and preferred to send a message to the manager of the Porto agency (Paulo), he promised us a voucher that we wanted to use this year, unfortunately this was not possible and the company then offered us a refund which we are still waiting for. Ive been waiting for your refund for 2 months and no one has answered me. This is really unprofessional of you and I absolutely would not recommend your company!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Reservation made one week before our arrival, with confirmation email. So far so good. on the big day: arriving in front of the office, door closed: NO ONE! we call several times, no one answers us. We try with several phones and after 30 minutes someone answers us. The person tells us that someone will arrive 1 hour later (at 12:00 p.m.) 1 hour later we come back: still no one. We call back, they send us a guy who supposedly is on vacation and who knows nothing about our file. There he tells us that no car is available! We are told that our car is in Faro and that it would be available in the evening at 8 p.m. Clearly out of the question we will wait that long. Weve wasted enough time already, for NOTHING! However, we are offered a rotten car, broken window, dirty. They told us that they would be ready to come to our destination (more than 2 hours from Lisbon) to exchange the car for us. Seriously, who believes it? Just mind-blowing. In short, we went to look for another rental in town. AVOID!!!

Through a family member we contacted them and resolved the issue. We rented a Renault Captur for just 6 months and we didnt need a deposit or credit card. Everything perfect, very professional and above all, friendly. They told us what to visit in Lisbon, typical Lusitanian food restaurants, monuments....and more coming from Andorra and for the first time in Lisbon, not knowing everything, even the language. And attended to, to our surprise, in Spanish. A 10 out of 10!!!!! I recommend this RENT to CAR especially for the service to the customer.
